1. What were your expectations in participating in the first

project meeting ?

General Aspects

To share and achieve the common aim , linguistic and intercultural

exchanges between Erasmus plus partners

My expectations were to share the main object: the linguistic and

intercultural exchange.

To learn from others and meet our new project partners.

To observe what we have done during the project time and meet the

group members and understand each other.

To get to know our new Erasmus friends much better, to create

positive atmosphere and energy and to define some project tasks.



To strengthen the commitment of all partner schools; to rearrange

some of the activities in the timetable, that were delayed due to

contractual issues; to discuss realization of Erasmus project in partner

schools; - to set-up criteria of choosing students for project realization

and students’ exchange; to share experiences, challenges and

technical knowledge on how to better address the planned activities,

considering the need to discuss practical arrangements; to discuss

future agreements regarding short-term students exchanges; to

discuss the evaluation and dissemination of key activities; to arrange

the details concerning the budget and monitoring; to monitor the

progress: measurement and analysis of finished or in progress

activities, in order to insure their quality; training on: Cloud computing

and eTwinning.

6.1 The program of the meeting was delivered to all

participants in adequate advance.

Other:

We received a very well organized and interesting programme but a bit late.

The delay in the program delivery is directly related with the inexistence of project

budget.



6.2 The program was consistent with the meeting

1. What was lacking during the project meeting ?

Suggestions

Activities after official programme which would include all the

participants in informal meetings.

There weren't enough teachers' meetings, we should have presented

ourselves to the school community and meet Erasmus + team

(students).

Nothing.

From our point of view everything went well.

The certificate wasn’t ready at the exact time after a day passed I got it

but it wasn’t signed so I have an invalid certificate.



2. What kind of changes or improvements would you suggest ?

I would suggest more working sessions for more detailed discussion

on project`s activities and the budget. Since planning stage in each of

the partner schools there have been some changes (including

coordinators changes), that`s why new people involved in the project

need more time to become familiar with the tasks and procedures. In

my opinion, during a project visit to the partner school there should be

time for the presentation of all people from partner schools to the local

school community. Presenting only films or showing presentations is

not enough

Nothing.

I would suggest more work sessions as we couldn’t finish all the

planning issues, and some of the problems were left unresolved.

Don´t worry, enjoy the project which will be better and better with every

new meeting. Croatian team is so happy to be a part of this great

project.



ConclusionsAll partners participating in the meeting were fully aware of the meeting

goals and objectives.

All partners are satisfied with the meeting in terms of :

- establishing good working relationship

- contribution to the project

- setting and specifying tasks for the future, deadlines and partners’

responsibilities.

The meeting met all partners expectations to a high or very high degree.
