My magazine follows many conventions of a rock magazine.

The masthead is found at the top of the page which supports the conventions

Rock magazines are usually dark in colour, which I have copied as a convections

I used sans serif fonts and kept the cover lines to rock based articles

Contents Page

I have included a features section which follows certain conventions

They colour scheme is carried on from the front page; and they are rock type colours (dark)

The page illustrates the articles in the magazine from my original photos

Advertisement section at the bottom providing interactivity

Double Page Spread

The page is quite simple in colour, which doesn't distract readers whilst looking at the magazine

The page shows the female artist to be the main focus

The text is in columns; which is a convention

Large, catchy title, drawing people in

Background knowledge given in a sentence to describe the main focus of the article
