ow does your media product represent particular social groups ow does your media product represent particular social groups Young white British males are the main social group that’s being represented. There are 2 different males shown in my cover, contents and article. The males are meant to be represented as relaxed up to date and stylish young teens. The teens are wearing in date stylish clothes and look straight into the camera on most photos, they aren’t smiling fully to make them look more cool than nerdy, this gives it the more serious look and like they are not here to mess about. Focus group The people from my focus group agreed that teenagers came across as cool, up to date and serious looking. Also the people agreed that teenagers where very relaxed and don’t really have much to care about just living life. Also chilled out relaxed and content with life how it is, this is how teenagers are supposed to be portrayed and I think this was successful. The cover portrays teenagers as being relaxed, cool, chilled out and in a way rebellious. The clothes the people are wearing shows them to be cool and up to date, they are not smiling fully which gives them a more serious look while the look straight into the camera gives a more relaxed and cool feel. The way one of the teens is sitting on The poses of the two teens again show a cool relaxed look. Again not smiling so gives the serious feel and not just here to have fun have a serious side. Young white British males are the main social group that’s being represented. There are 2 different males shown in my cover, contents and article. The males are meant to be represented as relaxed up to date and stylish young teens. The teens are wearing in date stylish clothes and look straight into the camera on most photos, they aren’t smiling fully to make them look more cool than nerdy, this gives it the more serious look and like they are not here to mess about.

Focus group

The people from my focus group agreed that teenagers came across as cool, up to date and serious looking. Also the people agreed that teenagers where very relaxed and don’t really have much to care about just living life. Also chilled out relaxed and content with life how it is, this is how teenagers are supposed to be portrayed and I think this was successful.

The clothes reveal they are in date and up to the latest styles. Also the dark faded image gives the mysterious feel to this page and as if the teens have something to hide.

The two images on this article again show teens to be cool, relaxed, chilled-out and rebellious. The relaxed poses and facial expressions again show them to be cool and relaxed and the clothes again show them to be in date and style. Also the way there sitting on a skip in what looks like a scrap yard shows them to be rebellious and perhaps in somewhere they shouldn’t.
