One Space.Many Minds.Infinite Ideas.The Munich Urban Colab - for a city of the future that is liveable,

future-proof and efficient.

The future is urban: already today, every second person in the world

lives in a city - and the trend is rising rapidly. This results in

challenges such as the sustainable supply of energy, water

cities with energy, water, food and goods. For start-ups and

established companies, there is a great economic opportunity for

smart city solutions.

In the Munich Urban Colab, start-ups, established companies,

science, talents and the city of Munich develop and test innovative

concepts together with citizens. Attractive office space, co-working

spaces, event and seminar rooms, living labs, seminar rooms, living

labs, a high-tech prototype workshop and many other highlights

create the perfect environment for this.

The unique architecture with five open, light-flooded floors and

atmospheric spaces offers the ideal place for exchange,

collaboration and events.
