Review 2019, looking back at 2019, market prices have fallen back from high levels, and consolidation is

the main tone of the 2019 manganese ore market. Under the obvious pressure, the manganese ore

market is in downward correction. On the one hand, with the high future price, the manganese spot price is

lower in April, while the downstream futures supply is relatively sufficient, the spot demand is weakened

and the stocking is cautious. Manganese ore in China port is under low consumption, which causing

cumulative growth. By the end of May, the stocks had reached the highest level of nearly 4.5 million tons.

Under the double pressure of high cost and high inventory, manganese ore spot market price is lower than

futures price, and the loss is still deepening. In 2019, the market of silicon manganese alloys also went

down. Since the beginning of the year, the silicon manganese alloy has reached the highest price of 7,700

yuan / ton, the lowest price of 7,100 yuan / ton, with the price difference of 600 yuan / ton. There are small

fluctuations, but the fluctuations between the ups and downs are not large. In the first half of this year, the

silicon manganese market maintained a high operating rate, and the new production capacity continued to

be highlighted (the new output was about 100,000 tons per month), which added some pressure to the

market stability. The market for ferromanganese and electrolytic manganese is generally stable, and the

market is poised to seek new breakthroughs.

The "Hada" brand ferroalloy products produced by the company are all high-quality products in China, of which 75% of ferrosilicon, ferromolybdenum, micro-carbon ferrochrome and silicon manganese alloy have won the national silver medal. In addition to supplying domestic steel companies, about one-third of the company's products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions, like Japan, South Korea, Europe , America, etc. The company has a complete quality assurance system and passed the ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification. The company has the only national-level technology center, and is the president unit of China Ferroalloy Industry Association and the chairman unit of China Metal Society Ferroalloy Branch. Inner Mongolia Xinchuang Metallurgical Co., Ltd◆Inner Mongolia Xinchuang Metallurgical Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2017. It is located in Tianpishan Metallurgical and Chemical Industrial Park, Chayouqianqi, Ulanqab city. It covers an area of 421 mu, with a registered capital of 300 million and a fixed investment of 1.2 billion yuan. The main production equipment includes 6 sets of 36000KVA all-closed mineral heat furnace supporting dust removal, gas purification facilities, 180,000 tons of gas refining methanol equipment and facilities, 50 square meters of belt sintering, 2 drying production lines and so on. The company has 580 employees, including 36 senior management and technicians.

The company's annual output of silicon-manganese alloy reaches 550,000 tons, ranking the top three in the same industry in China. The main equipment is all designed and installed by Sino Steel, a famous domestic enterprise, mainly producing silicon-manganese alloy to Jingye Group, Henan Jiyuan Iron &Steel Co., Ltd, Nanjing Steel, Yanshan Steel and so on. The annual sales revenue is about 4.5 billion yuan, and the profits and taxes are 350 million yuan, of which 90 million yuan are paid.
