Baffes TheatreWith a full-size, professional stage, 400 seats, two dressing rooms and a green room, we have everything you need to put on an amazing production.
AtriumThe BAC’s largest event space features floor to ceiling win-dows with beautiful views of the outdoor courtyard and can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Simmerling GalleryThe Simmerling Gallery on the second floor is a beautiful private event space for up to 70 guests. Featuring rotating art exhibitions and filtered natural light, it is a gor-geous setting for a baby shower or dinner party.
CourtyardThe 3,000 square foot courtyard is the perfect set-ting to say “I do”, enjoy a picnic or entertain under the stars.
The Beverly Arts Center provides all beverage services for events through our in-house beverage program. Beverage Packages include bar set-up, bartenders, bar backs, plas-tic glassware, cocktail napkins, bar fruit, bar hardware and ice to chill and serve. Non-alcoholic beverage packages in-clude self-serve beverages, plastic glassware, cocktail nap-kins, and ice. Clients are welcome to rent glassware and provide their own cocktail napkins and other items. Bever-age packages may be customized (additional charges may apply). If you are planning to serve alcoholic drinks at your event, a beverage package must be purchased. Outside beverages of any kind are not permitted.

The Beverly Arts Center works with several caterers that are recommended because they know the Beverly Arts Center well, will provide fantastic food, and wonderful ser-vice. We highly recommend using one of these caterers for your event. Outside caterers are permitted but must be approved by the Beverly Arts Center, be properly licensed and able to provide proof of insurance.
