BREAKFAST ROOM
This was the Wrigley family’s informal dining room where
they would have had most of their meals. The original
room included rustic knotty pine paneling which has been
stained a few shades darker. This room was Mrs.
Wrigley’s favorite because of the rising sun and views of
Camelback Mountain. The room has been updated to
include a very special Swarovski crystal chandelier,
chartreuse dining chairs and rich blue draperies. The
carpet was custom made and hand knotted in Nepal with
a peacock feather pattern. The contemporary artwork
features 3 works by Donald Sultan. (4
steps) Seats maximum 10 guests.
SALON
This former servant’s quarters and chauffer’s bedroom has
been transformed into the most elegant salon where
ladies can get away before a dinner party, host a tea
party or book as part of a wedding package. With its
over-scale floral wall, feminine colors and vintage
furniture, this room exudes ladylike style. The sofa was
original to the Mansion and can be seen in older
photographs of the library. The private bathroom
features original black and white tile from the Wrigley’s
own Catalina Island tile factory. (10 steps)
PRIVATE EVENTS
PASADENA ROOM
This former guest bedroom is now an Art Deco-inspired
dining room. The modern crystal chandeliers blend
beautifully the room’s original Art Deco fireplace surround,
made with original Catalina tile. The chairs are original to
the main dining room and recovered in a plush blue velvet.
The dark blue walls set off the original computer art by
late owner Geordie Hormel and the Poppy series by
American artist Donald Sultan. The attached balcony
features a Moroccan patterned railing with outdoor carpet
echoing the pattern. The attached private restroom has
been updated with plumbing fixtures copied from designs
of the1930s. (Access from the Grand Staircase or
elevator, 2 steps.) Seats maximum 12 guests.
GENEVA ROOM
The stunning Moroccan ceiling panel with a collection of
Moravian star pendants were recently installed to echo
the painted ceilings in the Rotunda and Living Room. The
ochre colored walls were painted with a 4-part
decorative strie effect to create texture. The dining table
is a Wrigley Family original dining table. The gallery wall
features a collection of mirrors from Morocco. Guests
enjoy access to the balcony overlooking Camelback
Mountain and a private restroom. (Access from the Grand
Staircase or elevator, and 2 steps). Seats
maximum 12 guests.
PRIVATE EVENTS
CATALINA ROOM
The Catalina Room was Mrs. Wrigley’s original bedroom.
This room features a very large new hand-knotted
Arabella rug and new velvet draperies. The fireplace
surround, drapery cornices and the chandelier are
original, with the chandelier featuring amethyst from the
Four Peak’s mine in Arizona. Connected to this room is the
original sleeping porch and a large enclosed patio
overlooking unobstructed and gorgeous western views.

maximum 40 guests
COLINA ROOM
This room showcases some of the best views in the Valley.
With its wooden beamed ceiling, fireplace and sitting
room, this room is perfect for larger gatherings. The
Colina also features a private bathroom with original
Catalina tile and a connecting hallway to the Catalina
Room. The Colina also connects to a large gallery which
can accommodate 40 and overlooks Geordie’s restaurant.

maximum 40 guests
PRIVATE EVENTS
FORMAL DINING ROOM
The Formal Dining Room features a hand-painted ceiling,
a fireplace and access to a charming awning-covered
patio with additional seating for 15. New custom-
designed dining chairs were recently added as was an
antique Spanish Baroque wall hanging circa 1700 which is
painted leather that is embossed and gilded. (3 steps.)

LIVING ROOM
The stunning Living Room features a grand fireplace,
three vintage sideboards, the original Wrigley family
Steinway player piano and grand pieces of vintage art.
A new rug echoes a vintage Persian pattern while the new
wrought iron sconces echo the 1930s era. The hand-
painted ceiling has been carefully restored and opulent
window treatments have been installed. This room can be
reserved together with the Verandas for larger groups. (2

PRIVATE EVENTS
VERANDAS
Gorgeous views and wonderful sunsets are available in
the Verandas. These beautiful additions to the original
home create a luxurious event space with the best views in
the house that are nearly 360-degrees. Grand new
window treatments add softness and Art Deco inspired
crystal chandeliers light up the space. (2 steps)
GARDEN ROOM
This ballroom, once the family garage and gardens, is
now a versatile multi-level event space that includes its
own entrance, private bar area, restrooms and beautiful
views.

EVENT TIMING, VENDORS & MISCELLANEOUS
Most events at the Wrigley Mansion have appropriate fee
schedules for a 4-hour time slot. Weddings and Proms have a 6-
hour time slot from beginning to end. Should your event require
additional time, you will be assessed an appropriate fee
(depending on type event, time of day, etc.)
Should your event require load-in/load-out for any reason (DJ,
rentals, Food delivery) for an event other than a Wedding or Prom,
you may be charged a $100 load-in/load-out fee. Any such
deliveries should do their best to expedite their load-in/load-out
process and respect others in the mansion and vehicles in the area.
Access for set-up times for Events are the following:
Weddings & House Buy-outs Events
3 hours prior to Start of Event or Ceremony Start Time
Large Events in Garden Room & Living Room/Verandas
2 hours prior to Start of Event
Smaller Events (under 45 guests) 1 hour prior to Start of Event
PARKING/VALET SERVICE
The Wrigley Mansion is located on a large hill. Our parking lot is
located below the house and there are a significant number of stairs
and a brief incline to walk from the various sections of the lot to the
main entrances of the Mansion.
The Wrigley Mansion offers a variety of parking options for your
convenience, safety & comfort. Self-parking is complimentary during
regular business hours. Valet is complimentary for those vehicles
displaying a valid Handicapped License Plate or hang-tag. Standard
vehicle drop-off (UBER, Lyft, Taxi, etc.) is free-of charge and
encouraged. Vehicles parked in areas that are designated ‘Valet
Only,’ or along the road may be subject to tow at the owners
expense.
Valet and Park & Shuttle services are offered at the listed rates
below through American Valet. Groups of 50 or more are required
to purchase a parking plan for their event. ALL groups may be
subject to a change in parking services depending on the total level of
business on the day of their event. The WM reserves the right to
modify parking services so as to insure the safety and convenience of
all of our guests.
