THE SPACEBol can be divided into 2 primary spaces.The first space is a dining room that can seat up to 100 guests.

We can further breakdown the dining area to offer a cocktail space for up to 30 guests in between the 2 areas to create a comfortable transitional space before a sit down dinner or before bowling.

Bol Vail is a 14,000 square foot venue located in the shops at Solaris, the heart of Vail Village and conveniently located on the in town bus route.

The second area is our bowling lounge.It features 10 custom white lanes with couches and tables for up to 6 guests per lane as well as several oversized plush sectionals behind these couches.We allow up to 100 guests in the bowling lounge.When combined to flow together we can accommodate hundreds of guests.

For groups of 10-35 people we are also able to offer semi-private lanes.Featuring a layout that can be uniquely customized, Bol is ideal for a variety of events including sit down dinners and luncheons, cocktail parties, charity events, live shows, screenings, wine tastings, etc.In the past we have hosted everything from corporate retreats to wedding receptions, birthday parties and live shows.

EVENT SET UPS

Family Style: Appetizer, salads, entrees and dessert will be served on platters with serving utensils.

Traditional Style: Guests will choose from a preselected list of items.

Buffet Style: Your menu selections will be featured on a buffet from which your guests may serve themselves (for full buyouts or full lane buyouts only).

Bol is ideal for meet and greets upon the family and guest arrival into town. Bowling is a great ice breaker to make all first time meetings more comfortable!

Rehearsal Dinners: Can either be on the formal side beginning in the dining room and moving to the lanes or on the casual side in the bowling lounge for the entirety of the event.

Receptions: Bol offers seated dinners in our dining room which can then be transformed into a dance floor.

We are equally prepared to cater a dinner, or offer cocktails without bowling, or host a bowling party after your primary event elsewhere.
