Georgia Mancio who is Anglo-Italian who formed her band in 2005 having played with its members in different settings over the previous years. Her Italian grandparents who were a concert pianist and an opera singer inspired Georgia’s passion for music. Georgia chose to express her talents through jazz with the careful selection of songs, which suit her style. Georgia has released her first CD “peaceful place” which proved to be an excellent debut album and this has been followed up with “Trapeze” which is being released in March 2008. Both CDs feature well crafted jazz standards from the great American Songbook and songs from Chile, Brazil, Italy and Cuba. Now the opportunity to listen to her in action. These people would need to raise sponsorship in advance for the two main charities (minimum of £50.00). All funds raised will be divided between the charities including gift aid (after payment for the bike), which currently stands at 28p in the pound. The group has chosen two charities tosupport, the East Anglian Air Ambulance and theNeonatal Ward (special care baby unit) at Ipswichhospital.These people would need to raise sponsorshipin advance for the two main charities (minimum of£50.00). 24 UNTIL 25 LOWESTOFT AIR FESTIVALLowestoft Seafront. A fantastic air display which takesplace along one of Suffolk’s finest beaches, in thenatural coastal amphitheatre. By coming to Lowestoft,not only can you enjoy the fantastic beaches andunspolit coast, you can also enjoy two fun-filled, actionpacked days of Military displays and exhibitions thatwill interest all the family. Flying starts atapproximately 12:30 pm each day, until approximately17:30 pm each day. Large crowds are expected soplease come early. The Lowestoft Sea Front Air Festivalis run by a "not-for-profit" company, and could nottake place without the dedicated group of volunteers,charities, sponsors and the local council, who all worktogether as a team to run this prestigious event.We askthat every visitor make a voluntary donation of £1.00per person. It is the aim to try to keep this show free inprinciple, and because of this, visitors' donations areessential, and their contributions, along with thesupport of the “Friends of The Air Festival”, will allow usto make the show bigger and better each year!

Originally built at the behest of Henry the Eighth itis the last fort in England to have repelled a

full scale invasion attempt.

The Fort will be open from 10am to 5pm seven days a weekfrom 21st March to 2nd November during 2008

Please allow one & a half hours for a visitLast entries one hour before closing

Admission prices are Adults £3.50, Concessions £2.50 and Children £1.00.English Heritage members, children under five and wheelchair users are free.
