The first time I tried speciality coffee isburnt into my memory as I never knewcoffee could taste like that. I always hadsugar and syrups in my coffee butgetting one that was naturally sweet andso enjoyable blew my mind.

Do you have any tips for making theperfect coffee?

If you could only listen to three musicalbums for the rest of your life, whichthree would you pick?

Me personally, that is very difficult asmy mood changes the music I listen toa lot, probably Metallica - And JusticeFor All, The Maine - Forever Halloweenand something very shouty.

Finally, can you tell us what makes yousmile?

My wee boy is hilarious and alwaysmakes me smile.

This month, I’d love to recommendAmerican Dirt by Jeanine Cummins. It’sthe story of a mother and son who wereforced to leave their home in Mexico.They flee violence and near-certain deathin the search of a new chance at life.

I found it a very compelling, emotional,and thought-provoking read. It’s one ofthose books that you’ll want to keep onyour shelf for years to come.
