Many everyday activities help you accomplish this goal — and they don’t cost a thing. Today, make the effort to do something that gets your heart rate up for 15-30 minutes. Here are some ideas to get you started: 1) mow the lawn, 2) weed the garden, 3) vacuum, 4) scrub the tub/floors/sinks, 5) play tag with your kids, 6) dance, 7) walk your dog….
