Month to Month Term" of our Lease Agreementdated July 23, 2012 you have 45 days from the receipt of this notice to vacate the propertylocated at New Camp #14. As per the Landlord Tenant Code: "the tenant may vacate the unitat any time within the 45 day period and is responsible for payment of prorated rent for theperiod that the premises are occupied and for notifying the landlord of the day of vacating."This means if you move out sooner, prepaid rent will be reimbursed to you at a daily rate of$21.67 per day.
You must notify us no less than 48 hours prior to vacating the unit in order for a check out timeand date to be scheduled during our normal business hours (9:00 a.m. - 4 p.m.).
