Finding evidence in a passage and making inferences
Creating and evaluating an experiment to test a hypothesis
Two Types of Questions
Based on the evidence presented, what would happen to human beingsif the sun were to disappear? Explain using information from the demonstration.
When you observe something, you may picture other related ideas to help you understand it. The same is true of reading.
Helga notices that heavy balls are often used in demolition work.

Hypothesis
Controlled variables/manipulated variable
Data collection technique
Interpretation of data
