Overview
The new Brand will be a full-service retail merchant of fine wines and gourmet Mediterranean Foods in Florida. It will follow the best prac�ces of its retail category leaders, with par�cular emphasis on excellent customer service, a broad selec�on of quality inventory, and compe��ve pricing.
Our concept includes at first one retail store and then chain stores, fully equipped with LUXURY Greek Agricultural Products, which are characterized by their pureness and their high quality.
The company aims to offer its clients a wide range of Greek Agricultural Products on three main sec�ons:
� Ultra-premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Bo�led and from the tap� Wine� Honey
Other products that surround the above such as� Olives� Sweets� Greek Tradi�onal Pasta� Vinegar� Rusks & Nuts
Goals:� Our target is to be the no1 choice of every customer or visitor when they
looking for a unique and tasteful product for home use or for a gi� for any occasion.
� Establish «new branded store» as the only LUXURY brand for Wines and Olive Oil
� Earn and maintain the consumers' trust in Miami as one of the best gourmet stores in the wider area
� Achieve a profitable Return of Investment within two years � A�ract talented and mo�vated staff
We are aware of the increasing interest of the U.S. consumers on the Greek Agricultural Products and the Mediterranean nutri�onal habits. We aim to take advantage of the new trend which has begun with the Greek Yogurt and then to follow the same pa�ern of growth.
Using aggressively campaigns firstly in Florida and then in other States we aim to build brand awareness and equity for our luxury products versus the other gourmet shops.

eviva means cheers in Greek
Etymology and meaning:

«Ευοί ευάν» (pronounced “evi evan”) was the toast in the Dionysian celebrations.
"Let us be happy, without being drunk," said Socrates in the symposium.
So today we say “EVIVA” as we toast our friends and family.
Not only a common saying but something more than a heartfelt wish.
The Greek tradition calls for a "full glass"to wish for health and wellbeing.

The use of leaves clearly states the nature and therefore the well-being that nature provides us. The products we offer in this store are organic and derived from the Greek Earth.The leaves of the olive (oil), of the vine (wine) and all plants (honey) stands for pure, organic products, with authentic Greek origin.
