• The EVM-CR is a data repository managed by the EVM division of OUSD(A&S) AAP, the office of Acquisition, Analytics and Policy.

• The purpose of the EVM-CR is to establish a source of authoritative Earned Value Management (EVM) data for the Department and to provide prompt access for PMOs, Services, OSD, and DoD Components.

A program and contract performance overview contains:

• Top‐level PM cost and schedule forecast

• High‐level variance summary

• Undistributed budget (UB) and management reserve (MR) analysis

Compilation of write‐ups to describe the variances within a certain scope of the contract at the control account level.

Monthly submissions should be delivered to the EVM‐CR NLT 16 days after the close of the contractor accounting period.

IPMDAR DID is put on contract CDRLs created and sent to EVM‐CR Admins Admins establish reporting requirements EVM‐CR measures compliance against CDRL requirements (monthly reports sent to Services, Components and Industry corporate focal points).

1. Navigate to Upload Home, Submit tab2. Find Effort under Start new Submission on Effort3. Click Start Submission4. On Upload Submission page, select Submission Type

To begin a Submission on an assigned effort:

1. Defined Reporting Stream (based on contract CDRL/DD-1423)2. The Submission Type selected

1. Choose the Upload link next to the requirement to browse for corresponding file2. Next, Upload file (Note: Electronic File types will be validated)3. Identify whether the file is Preliminary (e.g. quick look, draft or read ahead) or

Final Version4. Click Submit to finalize the upload

Human Readable File types

The EVM-CR can identify machine readable IPMDAR and IPMR file types on it’s own. We will need your help when you are delivering a file that is of a Human Readable type, as shown here.
