Learning from Experience

Cumbria Floods – Nov 2009

‘Familiarity between the

responding agencies within

the Cumbria Resilience Forum

was an important bedrock

upon which lives were saved

and an even more serious

disaster averted’

London Bombings – July 2005

(With respect to recommendations) ‘they're about

further developing partnership working, and further

developing the response that has to be put in place,

not only by the three emergency services but also

by Transport for London’

What is it ?
