1) Open a new word file and create the Poster given below. Use Font face as Times New

Q-03: EXCEL (Time: 20 Minutes)

You are supposed to create the following spreadsheet using Excel 2013, using the

instructions given below.

1) Open a new blank spreadsheet and save it as E<Student No> in your exam drive.

(Eg: EAA-2012-0001). [5 marks]

3) Insert a title “OZONE Educational Institute (Monthly Profit)”, making the text

bold and changing the font size 18 for it. [5 marks]

4) Enter the data as given in Figure 1. [10 marks]

5) Use the following formula to calculate the Monthly Total for the Subject ID,

“Sub_01” and copy the formula to the relevant cells. [10 marks]

Monthly Total = Subject Fee * Number of Student

6) Using IF Function Calculate the Rental for Hall [10 marks]

7) Find Net Profit using the following formula. [10 marks]

Net Profit = Monthly Total - Rental for Hall

8) Use the relevant functions to calculate the “Total Number of Student, Total Net

You are supposed to create a database using Access 2013, by following the

instructions given below.

1) Create a database for Perera & sons Fruit Import Company, to store Import Details of

Fruits. Save it as A<Student No>in your exam drive.

(Eg: AAA-2012-0001).

I. Create a Table called “Fruit Details”

II. Put Primary Key for relevant Field.

III. Select applicable Data types, Field sizes and Formats.

IV. Make appropriate Input Mask for Supplier_ID.

V. Use Lookup Wizard for Fruit_Type Field.

VI. Format Stock_Price and Import_Date Fields.

VII. Use appropriate data type for Paid Field.

2) Create a Form to show all fields in the Database and name it as Fruit Details Form.

Select Columnar as Layout.
