What we propose is to hold all of our national conferences in Youth Square, to make full use of the creative spaces to further inspire our members and develop their leadership, creativ-ity, and team-building skills to have a positive impact on society On an annual basis, AIESEC Hong Kong or-ganizes at least four conferences for its 400+ members.

The purpose of these conferences is to gather students from the 7 Local Universi-ties: University of Hong Kong, Chinese Uni-versity of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Univer-sity of Science & Technology, Polytechnic University, Lingnan University, City Univer-sity, and Hong Kong Baptist University, and spend 3-4 days of leadership skill-building, such as effective communication, team management styles,

project planning skills, external workshops, etc. Along with the local delegates, we invite International facilitators to bring in an inter-national environment and external perspec-tive on leadership. These facilitators are usually senior AIESEC members or Alumni who have gone through the AIESEC Lead-ership development program.

Because of our culture of innovation and out-of-the box thinking, our con-ferences are usually quite unique. Because of this, our conference agenda’s require a dynamic environ-ment, which we find Youth Square to be. With the objectives that we are trying to reach in each conference, each session block needs to be very flexi-ble. With an all-in-one location, AIE-SEC conferences will have the free-dom to could incorporate breakout sessions, lectures, small-group dis-cussions, and consultation within a large, open room.

On the right, is a sample agenda of our national conferences, which we hold on a quarterly basis: January, April, July, and October. These conferences are for 50-200 delegates, depending on the agenda and objective of the conference out-come. We would like to start holding these conferences in Youth Square to make use of the all-in-one accom-modation/plenary uniqueness of Youth Square. AIESEC has been present in Hong Kong since 1967, so we foresee a long-term and multi-engagement partnership with Youth Square.
