Post-Secondary Enrollment Options. . . Common characteristics of Option A and B
Students may not be enrolled in both options during the same semester.
Academic admissions are the same for both options.
College schedules and grades are sent to the high school.
Freshman Forgiveness is not an option.
Students who receive grades of a D or F are subject to dismissal from the program.
High School and college courses cannot amount to more than a full-time high school load.

Role of the school counselor•Before applying to any post-secondary program, parents and students should meet with the high school guidance office to learn about the program. The guidance office plays a critical role in understanding the program and how the school district’s policies relate to the following.
TimelineThe guidance office will mail a letter inviting students and parents to a PSEOP informational meeting. Sign an intent to participate by March 30th.
•Scheduling for high school classes•Remaining graduation requirements and if college courses will fulfill those requirements
•Full-time equivalency with high school and college enrollment•Repayment policies in the event of withdrawal or failure•How KSU grades are accepted on the high school transcript
