Chapter 1Your Mind..your thoughts
You are not your mind..you have a mind..
You are not your thoughs..you have thoughts..Your mind produces thoughts..
Your mind is a thought creating tool and as such must be
controlled.
You are in charge of your mind ..you are the boss
not the other way around
Whenever a negative thougth enters your mindreject itdont
dwell on it and immediately create a positive thought to
counteract and get rid of the negativity.
Negativity and negative thought are like a cancer and can destroy
your life
Make sure you only allow positive thoughts in your mind
Never accept negative thoughts in your mind :
If you have a negative thought , ask yourself :
Is this a helpful thought?Is it useful for me to think this way?
Does this help me to get the positive results
I want in my life?
If the answer is NO, get rid of it immediately ..

Chapter 2Your emotionsEmotions are chemicals being released in your body..and as such
we have to learn to detach ourselves from them. Learn to see
them as you would see a pain on your foot after hitting the wall
It is a processand it will dissapear..
You are not your emotionsyour body has emotions..(energy in
motion)
Whenever you have an emotion running through your body
observe it as if you were a scientist studying it. Welcome the
emotion (Sedona Method) and it will lose strength gradually untilit disappears. Welcome it and release it..dont block it or fight it
just welcome it and it will fade away.
Chapter 3 Your bodyYou are not your body. You live in your body. It is the vehicle
you use to move through the physical world. Detached yourself
from your body. Your body is your templeAccept your body
deeply and completely..Dont compare yourself to unachievable
photoshopped models of beauty. 100% of what you see in fashion
magazines has been retouched..You are perfect as you are as long
as you accept yourselfChange what you want to change and
can be changed and accept what cant be change..
It doesnt matter how you look as long as you accept yourself.
If you accept yourself, people will accept you too.
Chapter 4 ..Self ImageWe create our self image when we are kids.Our parents, our
family, teachers, peers , media ,etc have a big influence in how
we see ourselves.
The same way when we start doing something new..lets say forargument sake ..public speaking..we need to learn the ropeswe

need to learn the how to..have powerful models to emulate and
learn fromand practice..we need to have the right models in life
as well..when it comes to be a man or a woman or a human being
for that matter. The social models are wrongThey teach man to
be pussies to chase women and to put women in a pedestalthey
make men weak
They give women all the social power.just for being a womanapower they dont even want..because even though they might
enjoy to be put in a pedestalThis same fact is blocking the way
for them to meet a real masculine man..They are scarce since
most men have been weaken by wrong social modelsWomen
want a strong man who is going to lead them..and put them in
their place when they misbehave. Women are very adaptable and
will learn to emulate the female role models they see on themedia.
They will start getting attention and being put in a pedestal from
socially weaken men and that will reinforce their arrogant
behaviour. This same behaviour will reduce the chances or
completely stop them from really getting to know a man that
would a good partner for them.
Chapter 5 Other peopleNobody is gonna live your life for you. Nobody is gonna die for
you. Nobody feels your pain , your pleasure , your emotions or
feelings for you. You can listen to people and learn from them..learn from their mistakes..from their experiences and share
yours with them to grow together as human beingsBut never let
anybody tell you how to live your life or what you have to feel or
what you can or can not do..they do not know how it feels to be
you..and what your filters of reality are..Influence people
positively..and stay away from negative and judgemental

people..they have very low self esteem and are trying to suck
yours like a vampire would do with someones blood.
Chapter 6Approval seekingApproval seeking is an addiction ..is in some way a disease we
have to get rid of. It makes you weak..it puts your self worth
..your self esteem in the hands of other people..which is a very
bad thing . Never let other peoples opinions define who you are .
DEFINE YOURSELF WITH YOUR OWN THOUGHTS. Do
things you are proud of ..and dont tell anybody about it..that way
your unsconcious will pick up on the fact that your opinion of
who you are is enough. That you dont need people telling you
how good you are or how good you get things done to approve ofyourself or to believe in yourself. Never brag about anything to
impress people ..let them brag to you and qualify themselves to
you. Whenever you talk to someone be friendly but ..look at
that person as if you were assessing the way he or she
communicates and if they communicate in a way you dissaprove
of remember that they need to gain you approvalyou dont
need their ..you have your own and that more than enoughIfthey say or do something you disapprove of ..tell them in a matter
of factly way in an assertive way and you will be feel great
with yourself and at the same time they will respect you for it.
Always have an inner locus of control. Have an internal frame of
reference. Move your frame of reference inside. Look on the
inside to figure out if everyone else is on the right page. You
make the decisions about what is right for you and your life. Youare in competition with yourself and have to keep things to your
own standards not the standards of others.
Chapter 7 ..Other peoples opinionsOther peoples opinions are a reflection of their way of thinking
..a reflection of themselves..never a reflection of you.Thats

why so many people can have different opinions about the same
matter
You own opinion of yourself has to be very highyou have your
own journey in life..that is different from theirs
Most people have this herd mentalitythey are not awakethey
dont stop and think if what most people say has any sense for
them ..they just repeat it as if they were parrots..Stupid ideasspread like wildfire..
When someone criticizes you say :
I can see that you disaprove of me..
Its OK man, you dont need to like everything I do.

Chapter 8.. Self acceptance.You are not your bodyyou have a body ..your body is the
vehicle of your soul..It is the physical vehicle you use to move
around the physical world..detach yourself from in..Your body is
perfect..God made it ..and God doesnt make any
mistakes..Accept your body and be grateful that you are aliveevery single daywhile you are reading these line ..people are
dying in hospital all over the worldDo no take tomorrow for
grantedThere is no guarantee that tomorrow you and I are
going to be alive..There is no guarantee..

Chapter 9 ..Improving yourself..First of all you have to feel grateful that you are alive .
Think about that just for a second , the only fact that you are alive
means that you are a winner..You won the sperm racethere
were between 40 million to 1.2 billion sperms in the race and
YOU WERE THE WINNER. People dont think about this orsimply read about this in a magazine and dont reflect about it.
But when you really think about it changes the way you look at
your lifeBecause you understand that every human being is a
natural born winner thats why we are alive. We have spend time
focusing on things that empower us to become better, to become
more and to trust ourselves and therefore you need to
stop watching so much TV or doing stuff you do to entertainyourself. TV is programming you to be an obedient sheep..TV is
influencing you so much on an unconscious level that you would
be amazed if you were to find out how much of what you think or
do has to do with what youve been watching on TV for the past
few week, moths or even years. Because what you see and
unconsciously accept as reality ..become your reality..your map
of the worldAnd all your behaviours will be according to thatreality.
Be an actor in life not an spectatorFind what your passions are
find what your weaknesses are and work on improving
yourself..Take courses, train yourself..become a better and more
powerful version of yourself. You can become great at anything
you chose to be by training and educating yourself.

Chapter 10This is your realityThis is your reality..your life..everybody you see when you open
your eyes is a guest in your reality and as such has to abide by
your rulesYOU SET THE RULES.
You are the MASTER of your reality.You are the creator of your reality. Your create your own
happines with the meanings you give to things. Other people or
outer events are not responsible for your happiness. You are
responsible for your own happines.
You are the theather , you are the context
reality is the content
other people are like actors and actresses..this actor says this ..that
actress says thatwhat they say or dohas nothing to do with
you..only with then
Chapter 11..You are the mostimportant person in this world..If you dont exist, nothing exists..not even your principles ..your
opinions ...your vision of the worldif you dont exist nothing
exists.You start by loving yourself .so that later you will be able
to love others..You cannot give the love that you dont have. Life
is a journey , an experience and by loving yourself and creating a

great person with yourself you motivate others to do the same and
start creating a world of self sufficient people who like to
surround themselves with people but that dont need people to
feel better about themselvesthis makes a big difference in how
people treat each other.
Chapter 12..Positive thinkingPeople who say,
You can do anything you want are simply unrealistic. Some
things are just not possible. For example, if I thought that today I
could become an Olympic gold-medal swimmer, Id need a
shrink more than a swimming coach. No matter how many
lessons I take, how hard I train, and how many steroids Iconsume, it wont happen, ever!
We all encounter roadblocks, obstacles that block ourprogress.But when we do, we have options if we remain positive. We can
walk away, climb over, go under, or around them. We can also
break through obstacles or have them demolished.
Program yourself for successevery time your catch yourself
having a negative thouhgt ..dont dwell on it..get rid of it
immediately and fill your mind with the oppositive positive
thought.. if for example your say to yourself : Who am I to be a
role model ..who am I to make a difference in the world , who am
I to change the world and make it a better place for everybody?
immediately think :
Who am I not to be a role model?The world needs me to
motivate people..to inspire people to become their best selves..
who am I not to make a difference in the world , who am I not tochange the world and make it a better place for everybody? I
must take action I am fortunate enough to have become
awaken and see the world for what it is..not for what society
has programmed us to think it is..and I have to lead people and
help people to open their eyes and become awaken to the reality
of this world..and get rid of the fantasy weve been sold by the
media.

Chapter 13 ..Social models..The social models are wrongthe role models are wrong.
We as men need to be handsome, tall, strong, intelligent, funny,
successful, brave, gentleman, etc.
Women need to be tall, pretty, intelligent, have big breast, bigbutts, be slim, successful, be a good mother, etcThey simply
expect you to accept social models that you didnt agreed with in
the first place.
The media is constantly bombarding us with this models and
behaviours ..very few people can escape from this unconscious
programming.
The first step to stop the influence is to become aware when it ishappening. Watch tv commercials and see what they are trying
you to convince you that you will achieve be buying their
products..listen to any song and you will realize that 90% of the
song are love related and are sung by a man (the chaser) chasing a
woman (the prize)No wonder so many men are afraid to talk to
beautiful women
Do not watch tv ..do not read the news ..they are programming
you (without you being aware) to be another sheepIf something
important happens someone will tell you about it.
Read good books and watch motivational and inspirational
videos..learn about success..and improve yourself as much as you
can..every day of learning is another brick in the wall of your
success.
Chapter 14Goals..Setting goals is extremely important if you are to improveyourself. It is not the goal itself that is important but the person
you become on your way to meeting your goals.
For example, if someone gave you a million euro today , you
would not have to work for it and therefore wouldnt improve
yourself. Of course you would enjoy it but you would not
improve yourself. On the other hand if you earned a million eurothrough your own efforts you would transform yourself in a

person capable of earning a million euro and therefore could do it
again and again..since now you know how to do it..who you had
to associate with to do itwhat you had to improve or change
about yourself to do itwhat new habits you had to create to do
itwhat new skills you had to learn to do it..and so onGoals
make you grow as a person , as a human being , as a social being.
They make you grow into a more powerful and confident humanbeing.
Chapter 15 ..AwarenesJust for a day ..observe yourself..observe everything that you
do..as if you were someone else taking notes of your way of
doing things and your behaviour.Do you like the way you behave? Cant you behave in a more
powerful and strong way? Can you behave like a charismatic
leader? It all starts with your body language your tone of voice
and the words you choose to communicate
Chapter 16Observing Ego..Only when you develop awareness (Observing Ego) and you
observe yourself and catch yourself before you do something as
you usually do (habits) you are able to stop , pause and decide to
do something different. If you dont do this you will be slave to
your habitsWe need to be aware of what habits we have by
observing ourselvesand consciously get rid of the ones that we
dont like or are not positive or helpful.
Chapter 17Being selfishPeople will buy you at you own valuepeople will respect you if
you respect yourself..
Respect everybody but first and foremost RESPECT YOURSELF
.. In any conflicting situation when you are giving the choice

Chapter 18self-sufficiencyBe with the people in your life because you want to be with them..because your are happy with them ..not because you need
them..not because you think that being on your own is a bad thing
or even a scary thing...Love being on your own,We live in a
world of abundanceif someone doesnt belong in your life
anymore walk away from them.. you will have time and space
for someone new and better..
Chapter 19..Helping othersSometimes people are stuck in situations that dont make them
happy or situations that simply weaken then and make them
suffer and cant see the way out by themselves.They are too
attached to the situation , too close if you will. They sometimes
need somebody to make them gain perspective , to encourage
them and urge them to back off from that area of their lives andlook at it with new eyes to see things they couldnt see before.
And that way to gain an insight on the forces affecting the scene
and the dynamics taking place and therefore that way wake up to
things they couldnt see before.
Things that will make them understand that situation and the
people involved in it differently. The Whys, Hows, Whos of it.
Chapter 20..Trust yourselfTrust yourself 100% always. You have all the resources that you
need to succeed in any and every situation in life..When you trust
yourself everything in your life changes for the betteryou
achieve with ease things you never thought youd be able to
achieve.You surprise yourself ..

Chapter 21Persistence.Tigers probably have only one successful attack in every 10 to 20
tries. Not all attempted attacks are successful.
Tomas Edison said I didnt fail I just found 10.000 ways that
wont work before he invented the light bulb.
Chapter 22Charisma..Charisma is having an identity..separated from the crowd.
Dare to be different and have you own opinionsIt is better to be
a lion for a day than a sheep your whole life.
A charismatic person is outward focus..is the kind of person who
cares about other people and not only sees what people are but
what people can become..When you are charismatic, people are drawn to you because you
make them feel good ..they feel better about themselves when you
are around..you take out the best of them ..
Chapter 23..Being a man..The same way you learn anything you want to get good at in
life..you need to learn how to be a real manwhen we are kids
we unconsciously learn from the male models that we have
around us (father, brothers, etc) but sometimes what happens is
that they are not good examples to learn fromif your father is a
pussy with women ..he will teach you to be just thatSociety has
given all the power to women..has put them in a pedestal..and hasweaken men..Dont accept that!! Dont chase women!! Attract
women by being a strong and confident man on his journey to
success..whatever success means to you.will be OK.
In any encounter with a women a man takes the lead.
Know your place..you are the man ..she is the woman
Women will test you..to see if you are a strong man (strength of
character not physical strenth) but you are the stimulus andthey are the responseInside every women , no matter how

to meet a strong man like you.

Chapter 24..About death
Society has it all wrong about deathIt is just simply the fear ofthe unknown at its bestWhat is the point of scaring everybody
and making them fear death..when nobody knows what we are
going to find beyond it
I prefer to think that death is a transition to paradise..a place
where we will see the light and we will come back as another
form of energy..maybe as another human beingWe should
celebrate deathwe should celebrate the fact that a human beingever existedand say bye bye to this human being in a loving
fashion..
Chapter 25. Growing and conquering
ourselves.Sometimes in lifewe discover that a TV commercial , a word
from a friend or something that an actor says in a movie makes us
think or change the way we think just for a moment but that
moment is enough for us to realize something about ourselves or
the world we live in that makes us look or feel differently ..It is as
if we had found a little piece of the puzzle that we were missing
to make sense of ourselves or to find our purpose in life.
Chapter 26. Enjoy the moment.As the saying goes..stop and smell the roses.
Learn from the past, live in the present and prepare for the future.
Too many people spend too much of their mental energy thinking
about the past or dwelling on past failures..what is the point in
doing that..you are burning enery for nothing..instead we should
mentally relive past situations where we didnt respond as wehave liked and see they in our mind movie as we would have

liked them to bethe mind cant tell the difference between
reality and a very vivid visualizationthis way you are
programming yourself to behave the way you want to..
It is that easy.
With regard to the futureas I said we need to prepare for it..but
not spend any amount of time creating neative scenarios that
could come to happensince this again would be ourselvesprogramming ourselves but this time for failure..
Prepare for the future but always with success in mind.
Chapter 27. About Knowledge.We are all ignorant but in different subjects.That means that
knowledge is spread throughout the whole society. The Doctor inMedicine doesnt know about financethe finance expert knows
nothing about musicthe musician hasnt a clue about car
mechanicsthe car mechanic know nothing about martials arts
and so on and so forth
Become an expert in your field and learn a little about other
things that could be helpful to youlearn from the people around
you.
Chapter. 28 On Aggression , assertivity
and conflictOne very common problem many people experience is the fear
of conflict. People do whatever it takes to be comfortable..they do
anything for a quiet day..they avoid conflictthey dont know
how to deal with itSome prefer to shut up and be liked than to
stand up for what they believe and confront someoneSome
others do the polar opposite they look for conflict whenever they
go..thats another way of expressing insecurity ..attack before
they attack youand fortunately some are assertive enough to
stand up for what they believe in , in a matter of factly
mannerinforming others about what they are going to accept or
not ..setting healthy and strong boundaries and defending them

being forceful but not aggresive unless the situation requires that
approach.
Never look for peoples approvallet them look for your
approvalbe clear about what you like or dislike in people and
let them know about that in a firm and matter of factly manner
and youll be surprise what will happen.
Chapter. 29 Inner conflict.I learnt from my mentors something very usefuland
surprisingly simple when it comes when dealing with inner
conflict. First , lets define what inner conflict is. Inner conflict
takes place when we have in our mind two conflicting or
opposing ideas about something. I learned that this two opossinideas cant be both ours. One of them is ours ..from our own
reflecting and thinking and the other might be imposed or learnt
from someone in authority when we were kids or from other
source (media, friends, peers..etc) that we internalize without
thinking ..when at that time we were unaware of our
thoughtsagain it is vital to be aware of your thougths if you are
to evolve positively in your life.
So your job is to find out which of the conflicting thoughts is not
yours and to get rid of it.
One of them is gonna lead you to more personal success..that
means that people might not approve of it.
One will lead you towards your goal ..the other wont.
If everybody was gone and it was my choice ..
What would be the choice?
Which one follows my purpose which one doesnt?If it follows your purpose..it doesnt mean that people are going
to be ok with youit means you are going to be Ok with
you..and thats the most important thing..you have to be OK with
yourself.

Chapter. 30 Fear (Fake Evidence
Appearing Real)The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek
(Joseph Campbell).
If you ever feel fearAct as if the fear did not exist. Pretend and
ask yourself: If I were totally confident in this situation..
If I had no fears at all, How would I behave ?
And THEN BEHAVE THAT WAY
Chapter 31. VisualizingWe all are visualizing machines. We are visualizing all the time.
Whenever we think about something that happened in the past weare visualizing, whenever we think about something that might
happen in the future we are visualizing.
We are very good at it, because we practise constantly.But we
usually do it unconsciously and thats why many times we are
programming ourselves with our unconcious thoughts to feel
inadequate, weak, afraid , anxious, etcbecause we are not
aware that we are doing it. We need to wise up to the fact that we
are in control of our thoughts and start visualizing good things
that are going to empower us. Remember moments of your life
when you felt powerful, confident , in control and bring them to
your mind..feel what you felt..listen to the sound you listened,
smell the smells that you smelled, feel the temperature of the
environment you were in , touch what you were touching at that
very moment, and fill yourself with the positive emotions that
you felt back then and you will create a powerful YOU that you
will be able to recall every time you are faced with a challenge.

Chapter 32. About Sex.
Sex is natural. It is a way to exchange energy, not to get rid of it.
Men and women give each other some energy and get some in
return. It just doesn't feel like sexual energy any more. A
El sexo es natural , es una forma e intercambio de energia..
Society has complicated human sexuality and made something
natural seems to be dirty. Women and men are naturally attracted
to each other and thats part of being a human being.

We are all trying to make sense of life
We are all new to this experience called life.
Nobody can define anybody.
You create yourself with your thoughts, dont allow others to
shape who you are with their criticism.
Productive mistakes..
1-Do not listen to other peoples opinions about you2-Follow your dreams3-Leave the world a better place
This three principles came to my mind on an unconsciousway.
