Additional Considerations for Revenue Growth:The Seller has recently added 32 new full hook up sites, each with double sewer risers to accommodate any size RV or 5th Wheel. The new sites have only recently come online and have not been promoted sufficiently. An aggressive marketing campaign to elevate awareness of the property will result in significant upside.

In addition, the park can easily support 20 new Park Model cabins.
