Most shoppers say they'll start looking for and buying gifts in November, and 4% don't plan to finish their holiday shopping until January.

WHEN HOLIDAY SHOPPING BEGINS & ENDS

Compared to last year, 96% say they'll purchase more gifts online. "Buy online, pick up in store" is also gaining popularity.

People say they look for holiday gifting inspiration from a variety of online and offline sources, including retail stores, search, and social media.
