A couple of years back, at the peak of a very satisfying 17 years old career in some of the best known global IT companies, when I and my current partners decided to switch careers and start a Real Estate Marketing/Brokerage Company, we surprised many. Friends asked many things but one question that a very dear friend - an IIM alumni who was a senior colleague asked - ‘What difference would you bring?’ stuck with me.
