Letter From The Principal We at Mody school believe in giving our girls a creative, stimulating and an invigorating environment so that they can learn, understand, explore, innovate and express themselves effectively. Our endeavour is to bring forth a generation who is confident, aware , empathetic, progressive, committed towards equality, justice, freedom and secular. The Mody School follows a child-centered approach where each girl is an individual and is nurtured accordingly. The school provides physically, socially and psychologically safe environment for girls and right set of life skills education to help them grow as well balanced personalities.

We are once again organizing and hosting our 5th edition of MSMUN on 1st and 2nd August 2021. Since 2017, Mody School is providing this unique platform to the young generation to witness the rich discussions. It also enhance their debating skills and it is an attempt to make the world a better place.

SECRETARY GENERAL: (MSMUN’21)
NAISHADHA SRIVASTAVA, a grade 12th student at Mody School, is a keen munner who has been passionate about
debating since she began her academic career at the school. She is now well versed in the field due to her diplomatic approach,
never-ending curiosity, and adroit debating ability. As a sportsperson, she also strongly believes in the importance of teamwork and leadership. She refers to the fact that there are numerous ways in which one thing can be perceived and happens to seize every opportunity to closely examine and
comprehend different perspectives than of her own. She believes that every individual should have access to
opportunities that will shape them into what they will grow to become.

UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY (UNGA)
Vanshita Singh is a Queer person, who goes by the pronouns she/they. First an Indian, then an Anti-Fascist; they are a student of Psychology in the University of Delhi. They have been active in debates and MUNs all through their school life. They are extremely vocal about LGBTQ+ issues
and being a queer person themselves, can create a balance between diplomacy and activism. We are really honoured to have them as the Chairperson of United Nations General Assembly. They look
forward to having a fruitful session.

UNGA: VICE CHAIRPERSON:Antara Verma, describes herself as an alpha female but loveable. She is 19, highly spiritual and an animal lover. Currently studying fashion
management with a strong background in multiple MUNs, she strongly believes in working hard and following one’s passions, with the right amount of humour and
style. We are glad to have her as vice chair of UNGA.

UNGA:RAPPORTEUR:
Vineela is an energetic and outgoing person who has a keen eye for detail. A national-level debater and a state-level rifle shooter and painter, she tends to dominate in her fields of expertise. She has constantly been an active member of her student body by taking up leadership posts of head girl and vice captain. She has an open mind and can't put things to rest without hearing a good argument from both sides. Being the Rapporteur of UNGA, she wishes to accomplish the same and see things in action. Being associated with Mody has given her the right amount of exposure to extra-curricular activities, one of them being MUNs, wherein she has won various accolades. She is an ardent advocate for spreading awareness by building herself and the people around as vigilant citizens. Naba Nazneen, a 3rd year student pursuing Psychology Honors in Amity University. Is a quick learner and is always ready to explore
new things.She has a passion for expressing her views on the various sociopolitical issues and
spread awareness about them.She believes it’s highly important for students to be educated
about these issues as they constitute an important part of our society.She is enthused to

Kavya chaudhary is currently pursuing bachelors degree in philosophy from Gargi college, DU.Her journey in MUNs and debating began a few years

CHAIRPERSON: Simran Kumar is signing as the chairperson for UNHRC. Currently she is pursuing Bachelors in
political science and philosophy from DELHI UNIVERSITY, and aspiring UPSC.
With a seizable number of experiences in MUNS across the country, she believes MUN is all about
passion and diplomacy. A linguaphile with penmanship skills , she has associated herself with various creative writing organisations and has also won accolades in the

Shristi Tiwari, a constant and self-propelled individual, currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in political science
and governance from Sage University Bhopal. With all her devotion towards studies just as in the social
field, she ends up being a multi-potentialist. With an extensive experience of MUNs, she accepts that it doesn't
only improve public speaking skills yet, it in addition, gives participants a chance to improve their insights.

Taiba Bhullar, a student of class 11th Humanities is a keen poet who takes deep interest in the political and social issues that are presented
during the Model United Nation conferences. Aiming to help organize the Mody MUN she is a person ready to help students new to the pattern
and push them to put their best foot forward throughout the conference.

UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL (UNHRC):CHAIRPERSON AND CONFERENCE DIRECTOR:
Shivani Bedi views the world from a different perspective, one that makes you feel inferior of how
limited your understanding is. She’s currently in her third year perusing her bachelor’s at Monash University,
Melbourne. Shivani has always been a keen participant of muns as she participated in her first mun when she was merely 15. Shivani has the ability to cross everyone that doubts her, she’s full of confidence and her zeal to give
back to the community is what makes her so special. UNHRC is a committee that represents promotion and
protection of human rights globally. Intending to accomplish what the committee stands for, establishing

VICE CHAIRPERSON:Noopur Jaiswal has always been a bright
student, currently pursuing B.A.LLB from Symbiosis law school, Pune. She beholds an inquisitive mind to explore socio- legal issues. Along with this she

her. She has also served beyond her capacity in both roles as an organising

Signing in as the rapporteur of UNHRC, Hiya Sanganeria, a student of standard 12th Mody
school is a person with an imaginative and artistic soul.
Along with a keen interest in art and literature, she adores establishing interpersonal relations and learning diplomacy through the world of
MUNs. Ever curious and authentic in her work, she promises to deliver the deliberations and
outcomes of the committee as expertly possible. Well, in these trying times, she wishes to emerge

Vidushi has always been a voracious reader and aspiring author. Her ability to see things in a new light and discover

passionately in her ideas and ethics, with her strong capacity of being a patient listener and embracing the right. She
believes that everyone has a good writing talent; all one needs is a vision to comprehend. Vidushi's passion for writing and reading makes her the ideal candidate to lead MSMUN'21's
International Press. She is pursuing a career in hotel management from Chandigarh, and she joyfully acknowledges
