type of business, location

•Statement of Mission - What your company is, and what it hopes to do

•Stage of development - You can just say developmental stage, or if its already started, when it was started, and if you already made a sale, say so....

Summary Plan •Products and Services - List what you sell. This can be generic...such as men’s clothes

•Target Market - Who you will be targeting, and give a reason why...if you have any research

•Marketing and Sales Strategy - How you will advertise, and reach your target market

Summary Plan •Competitors and Market Distribution - Who are your competitors, and who controls your market? Online cookie store, then who sells online cookies?

•Competitive Advantages - What makes you different? You got contracts, patents, letters of intent, special know-how?

Management •Any position you can think of in a corporation, each class member will fill that role. Accountant, CFO, CEO, President, Etc.

•Operations - Who will you be paying to run your business? Suppliers of goods?

•Financials - Just yearly projections...2011,2012,2013 Expected Revenues and Profits - Ball Park Figure or Estimate

stores, how many employees, how much in sales?

•Funds Sought and Exit Strategy - How much money you need, how many investors you want, and how and when will you give the investors money back?
