Futerro, a pilot PLA plant for the production of bioplastics from renewable origin

• JV Total Petrochemicals / Galactic to develop a production technology for PolyLactic Acid (PLA) bioplastics of renewable vegetable origin with the financial support of the Walloon Region. Lactic acid is obtained from the fermentation of sugar or starch.
