GE Healthcare Performance Solution’s Executive Working Session (EWS) provides healthcare executive teams an opportunity to face their challenges head on. EWS is a two and a half day, high-impact session providing the necessary platform for teams to experience a breakthrough in performance. With a focus on the strategic application of Management, Leadership and Productivity Systems, the session allows healthcare executives to develop a personalized strategy to attract, develop and retain talent within an operational infrastructure that connects strategy to execution to realize strategic, operational and financial results. This is not your average off-site retreat. EWS allows teams to move from assessment to solution development to action, all within a short time- frame. With a hands-on approach, your executive team will discuss, debate, plan, and work together to develop an organizational improvement strategy resulting in a concrete blueprint to spur necessary change. Bold actions and cultural transformation do not happen by accident. Change of this magnitude requires that healthcare leaders separate from the everyday operational side of business and allow time to assess the status quo, make tough decisions, and take meaningful actions to build a stronger foundation for the future. The Executive Working Session follows a three-phase approach: Realize: Deep exploration and adaption of industry and hospitals’ best practices in areas of Management, Leadership and Productivity Systems Apply: Translate key learnings and a full gap assessment into an organizational plan to drive buy-in and accountability with executive team members Challenging times represent moments of great opportunity. In healthcare today, minor course corrections are no longer enough, and innovative, strategic moves are needed to unlock an organization’s potential and become a market leader in the era of reform. Execute: Innovate a one- to three-year blueprint to elevate performance in the organization and outline a follow-up plan which leverages GE’s change management tools, Change Acceleration Process (CAP), for sustained results The Executive Working Session and this three-phase approach is a tried-and-true formula in setting healthcare leadership and their organizations up for success. Past customers have leveraged the experience to execute a cultural transformation where metrics and targets are aligned to the organization’s mission and vision, embedded systems and structures accelerate change and acceptance, and predictable performance is enabled and reinforced every day.

Performance Solution’s Executive Working Session (EWS) provides healthcare executive teams an opportunity to face their challenges head on.

The Executive Working Session follows a three-phase approach:

• Realize: Deep exploration and adaption of industry and hospitals’ best practices in areas of Management, Leadership and Productivity Systems

• Apply: Translate key learnings and a full gap assessment into an organizational plan to drive buy-in and accountability with executive team members

Challenging times represent moments of great opportunity. In healthcare today, minor course corrections are no longer enough, and innovative, strategic moves are needed to unlock an organization’s potential and become a market leader in the era of reform.

• Execute: Innovate a one- to three-year blueprint to elevate performance in the organization and outline a follow-up plan which leverages GE’s change management tools, Change Acceleration Process (CAP), for sustained results

The Executive Working Session and this three-phase approach is a tried-and-true formula in setting healthcare leadership and their organizations up for success. Past customers have leveraged the experience to execute a cultural transformation where metrics and targets are aligned to the organization’s mission and vision, embedded systems and structures accelerate change and acceptance, and predictable performance is enabled and reinforced every day.

We do not provide services for the sake of providing services; we partner with you to realize Outcomes—tying our efforts to the achievement of sustained results.
