land, managed by a voluntary Management Committee with staff employed by the Council.

• Youth Service Project Managing,

• Management Committee reps on Project Board

• Children Centre funds, Section 106 Contributions, Town Council contributions, YCF & significant local community fund raising

• Young People to appoint architect & design consultants

• Complex due to funding gap & time limited funds

• Cross party support assists greatly

Office & group work room• Centre available for youth work during young

peoples leisure time & project based work• Strong partnerships across 0 – 19 years

• Parish Council owned Community Centre, with heavy Youth Work presence.

• Complicated local Politics.• Children Centre funds only.• Children Centre Programme Project Managing • Community based Project Board • Young people involved in initial consultation

and design phase• Youth work delivered on minimum 3 evenings

plus day time by negotiation.
