Definitions:
(a) “Exhibitor” means the applicant identified in section 1 of
this Application(b) “Show Management” means indiGem Inc., its
agents, employees and affiliates(c) “Exhibit Space” means the booth
area or other space assigned to Exhibitor by the Show Management.
(d) “Show” means the specific event identified on the front
hereof.(e) “Hall Management” means the owner or manager of the
facility in which the Show is conducted, known as B.C. Pavilion
Corporation, and its employees and agents. (f) “Hall” means the
facility in which the Show is conducted, known as Vancouver
Convention Centre East Building Hall A.(g) “Service Contractor”
means the third-party service provider contracted or approved by
indiGem Inc. or the Hall Management. (h) "Agreement" means this
agreement and any amendments hereto.

4. APPLICATION FEEAll applications are subject to adjudication
upon receipt.
$100 non refundable Adjudication Fee is due upon application
submission. For the first Show Application Fee is Waived!
A. Show Management with involvement of independent judges will
adjudicate potential Exhibitors' products through use of the
received digital photos.B. Show Management reserves the right to
accept or refuse any application for participation in the Show.C.
Decisions are final and cannot be appealed; adjudication comments
will not be disclosed.D. Show Management reserves the right to
decline, prohibit, or expel any exhibit, item, or feature thereof,
which, in its judgment, is inappropriate or out of
keeping with the character of the Show.

indiGem collects 20% sales commission on all inventory sold. The
Exhibitor is managing the booth and sales. All inventory must be
loaded into indiGem Inventory Management System by September 1,
2020. Every transaction, including card and cash transactions, must
be registered in indiGem POS. Initially, the funds will be
deposited to indiGem bank account and all the funds minus 20% and
minus POS payment processing fee will be transferred to the
Exhibitor account during 10 business days after the show. indiGem
collects and pays all the sales taxes (GST and PST). $1,000
refundable deposit is due with this completed and signed
application to secure your booth space. This deposit is subject to
indiGem’s Cancellation Policy of Terms and Conditions. This offer
is limited.
7. PAYMENT TERMS 50% deposit for booth payment is due upon
acceptance, subject to Cancellation Policy.
The remaining balance due is June 30, 2020.

this application on behalf of the company named above
(“Exhibitor”), and that he or she has read and understands that, if
this application is accepted by management, the Exhibitor agrees
with and shall be subject to the terms of the license agreement to
follow upon acceptance. Management reserves the right to reject any
application for any reason. The issuance of an invoice with a booth
assignment and a contract, in response to a submitted application,
shall constitute acceptance by management.
