  • indiGem collects 20% sales commission on all inventory sold. The Exhibitor is managing the booth and sales. All inventory must be loaded into indiGem Inventory Management System by September 1, 2020. Every transaction, including card and cash transactions, must be registered in indiGem POS. Initially, the funds will be deposited to indiGem bank account and all the funds minus 20% and minus POS payment processing fee will be transferred to the Exhibitor account during 10 business days after the show. indiGem collects and pays all the sales taxes (GST and PST). $1,000 refundable deposit is due with this completed and signed application to secure your booth space. This deposit is subject to indiGem’s Cancellation Policy of Terms and Conditions. This offer is limited.

    7. PAYMENT TERMS 50% deposit for booth payment is due upon acceptance, subject to Cancellation Policy.

    The remaining balance due is June 30, 2020.

    AUTHORIZATIONThe individual signing below represents and warrants to management that he or she is duly authorized to execute this application on behalf of the company named above (“Exhibitor”), and that he or she has read and understands that, if this application is accepted by management, the Exhibitor agrees with and shall be subject to the terms of the license agreement to follow upon acceptance. Management reserves the right to reject any application for any reason. The issuance of an invoice with a booth assignment and a contract, in response to a submitted application, shall constitute acceptance by management.
