Thank you again for choosing to participate in ILOE 2017. This year’s exposition is certain to be the best ILOE to date. We have taken all of the comments regarding last year’s exposition to heart and have strived to meet all expectations. As such, many of our premier events, such as the opening night cocktail hour and fashion show will occur once again.
The purpose of this letter is to provide you and your company with the necessary information and forms to fill out and return to our management team in order to ensure that this year’s registration and set-up process is the fastest and easiest to date. These forms will highlight what equipment is included as part of your individual booth package as well as additional extras that are for purchase. This year ILOE will not include hotel rooms as part of our booth packages. However, we have negotiated preferred ILOE rates at both the Hilton and Hyatt hotels. Each hotel will include two full buffet breakfasts in the price of the room. The hotels are connected to the convention center for your convenience. You may book your ILOE hotel on the website, iloeshow.com/hotel , by clicking on the links.

All reservations will be made directly through BMG Global. All models will cost $900.00 for the three days of the show. You can view the model options on the links listed on the following page. If you have any questions please contact Stefanie Sager and be sure to pick alternates in case your first choice is not available. As a note, any models you desire will not be confirmed until the agency has received payment using the attached credit card authorization form. This credit card authorization must be sent directly to Stefanie at [email protected]. Additionally, Exhibitors will receive credit in the case that their model(s) are no-shows; but in order to receive credit you MUST notifty Charlie Fratto (ILOE’s Fashion Coordinator)- [email protected].

For your convenience, the ILOE team has preferred Freight Management Company’s for different geographic locales. We find this the easiest way to ensure your product reaches ILOE on time for show set-up on Satur-day April 22, 2017. Please review the shipping information below:

Crown Expositions will take possession of all freight upon delivery to ILOE and shall deliver all freight to the proper booths on set-up day when requested by you. At the closing of ILOE, Crown Expositions shall take possession of your freight and shall deliver it to your specific shipper (i.e. VTI or Alpha Logistics) who will then ship and deliver it to you at your place of business. At the closing of ILOE, Crown Expositions shall take possession of all loose freight that was sent directly to them and shall facilitate shipment back to you.

Send your loose freight directly to Crown Expositions at 1811 High Grove Lane, Suite 103 Naperville, IL 60540. Crown will receive your freight and will deliver it directly to your booth. At the end of the show, Crown will take your packed boxes from your booth and ship them back to you.
