13. Risk Assessment
Your assessment should be based on risks associated with build up, open and break down periods. Exhibitors need to ensure that their participation at an event is carried out safely. The Construction, Design & Management (CDM) Regulations do not replace any existing law but are intended to provide a framework to help you ensure that your stand is constructed safely and help you understand your obligations. These documents should be viewed as a summary for meeting minimum requirements and should at all times be used in conjunction with Health and Safety at Work Act, HSE’s exhibition specific guidance on CDM2015 and also the HSE’s official L153 guidance on CDM. Please fill in the template and read it carefully, that you find in the appendix SECC and return it to APV before 22 February 2016

The new Clyde Arc Bridge (otherwise known as the 'Squinty Bridge') carries both traffic and pedestrians from one side of the river to the other. Parking at the SECC Campus We will receive an allocation of car park passes to allow you to park for the duration of the event. These must be collected on the first day of build and be displayed on vehicles for the duration. These passes are only valid for exhibitor build up, open period and exhibitor break down.
