• Order Forms for services at the Global Content Bazar India 2020 can be found in the final section of the Exhibitor Manual.
• It is advisable to submit all Order Forms as soon as possible, however the deadline date is given on each individual form.
• In order to avoid unnecessary surcharge on late orders, please submit the relevant forms online by the deadline date.
• Please note if forms are submitted after the deadline the order cannot be guaranteed.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
• On market days, exhibitors are permitted to enter the exhibition hall from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm to service their stands. For security reasons, exhibitors who want to stay beyond closing time must obtain permission from the organisers prior to the start of the market.
• During the market days, exhibitors may only carry a briefcase / cartons / packages in and out of the market area. Anyone needing to take exhibits, television sets, monitors, equipments, etc. out of the market area at anytime must notify the organisers with adequate proof of ownership and obtain ‘Gate Pass’ from the organisers office on-site.
• No exhibit or display will be allowed in or out of the market hall during the market hours. So please plan your moving in/out of items/exhibits carefully.
• For reasons of security, safety and obligation to exhibitors and visitors, no display material or exhibit can be dismantled before 6:15 pm on Saturday, 08 Feb 2020.
• Unavoidable sawing of wood which has to be done at the venue should be completed before 10.00 pm on Thursday 06
February 2020. Stand contractors should strictly adhere to the above deadline.
• Contractors and exhibitors are requested to strictly observe that SPRAY PAINTING and WELDING WORK inside the hall is NOT permitted. Only roller painting and minor finishing/ touch up is allowed. Contractors violating this guideline will be prevented from continuing work at the exhibitors stand inside the hall.
• PLEASE NOTE all the exhibitors and their respective free design contractors are requested to complete the booth fabrication work by 10:00 pm on Thursday 06 February 2020 in all aspects, after which no work would be allowed to continue in their stands

08. ADMISSIONExhibitors - Exhibitors will have access to the Exhibition hall from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm each day in order to service their stands. In case of emergency necessary permission from the organisers should be taken.
Visitors - Entry to the market is FREE and is open to PROFESSIONALS & TRADE VISITORS ONLY by invitation or registration. General Public and Children below the age of 18 years will not be allowed entry.
09. ADMINISTRATION OF MARKETAdministration of market will be controlled by the organisers (Saicom Trade Fairs & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd.) from the site office. Participants should contact Saicom staff at the site office for taking possession of their stands and for information on obtaining various services related to the market. The organisers will maintain the site office throughout the build up, market and the break down period. The official incharge will always be on hand to answer queries, and be of assistance to exhibitors.

11. ORGANISERS OFFICEThe organisers office on-site is located inside Expo Centre, World Trade Centre throughout the build up, market and the break down period.
12. VEHICLE ENTRY TO EXBHITION SITE Vehicles carrying display material/exhibits will be allowed to enter Expo Centre on 05 Feb 2020 from 2:00 pm for bringing the goods inside the hall.
Unloading must be carried out as quickly as possible. Empty vehicles cannot be left on the grounds under any circumstances. Exhibitors should depute their representative to accept delivery of their goods at the market site. Organisers will not receive/handle material on behalf of the exhibitors.

13. POSSESSION OF STANDSPossession of the Shell Scheme Stand/Free Design Site will be given to the exhibitors after full payment of all dues.
14. BUILD UP SCHEDULEFree design site exhibitors and their contractors will be allowed entry into the exhibition Hall on Wednesday 05 Feb 2020, 2:00 pm.
Construction of Free Design Site MUST be completed by 10:00 pm on Thursday 06 Feb 2020. As a courtesy to the other fellow exhibitors, free design site exhibitors are requested to instruct their contractors to erect and complete their stands within stipulated time.
Please note all the exhibitors and their respective free design contractors are requested to complete the booth fabrication work by 10:00 pm on Thursday 06 Feb 2020 in all aspects, after which no work would be allowed to continue in their stands.
For guidelines please refer to Form 07
Shell scheme stand exhibitors and their interior designers will be allowed entry into the exbhition hall on Thursday 06 Feb, 2020 at 10:00 am.
Shell scheme exhibitors who wish to design their stand will be allowed to take the possession of their stand on Wednesday 05 Feb, 2020 at 2.00 pm. Prior permission should be obtained from the organisers.
Damage & Performance Bond:
• A Damage/Security Deposit of INR 25,000 for stands below 100 sqm or INR 50,000 for stands above 100 sqm either in cash of demand draft must be paid by the stand contractor(s) appointed by the exhibitors to the Organisers when they register at the exbhition site. This will be held against damages to the venue, non-completion of construction work on time and as per deadline schedule shared by the organisers in this manual, and/or the disposal of stand construction waste left on-site after the event. Any breach of the organiser’s/venue’s regulations may also cause the deposit to be forfeited.
• It is the individual stand contractor’s responsibility to remove all packing and waste materials from the exbhition hall during both move-in and move-out. Garbage & waste materials from decoration work must not be discarded into the aisles and must be cleared. All material used must be removed during
move-out and this must be done safely (no pushing over of high pieces of stand, no smashing of glass panels, etc.). Failure to comply will result in the deposit being totally forfeited.
• The deposit will be refunded by showing the receipt after the market subject to completion of construction work on time and as per deadline schedule shared by the organisers in this manual, clearance to the site by the contractors and no damage or garbage being recorded by the market centre management and the organisers.
• The security deposit of the exhibitor’s appointed stand contractor will also be forfeited if the stall design does not comply or abide by the construction guidelines enlisted in the manual.
• Organisers reserve the right to deduct an actual and appropriate amount for damages to the hall structures/venue, made by the exhibitor or their design & handling agencies’ staff during build-up, show days and dismantling time, from the security deposit paid to the exhibitor. This is to ensure all the rules and regulations are abided by, and tocover any damage arising directly or indirectly from infringement. This is without prejudice to any additional claims the organisers may have on the exhibitor if the damages exceed the deposit. Balance amount if any, will be returned if no damage is found.
15. INSTALLATION DAYFree design and shell scheme exhibitors can start decorating their stand on Thursday 06 Feb 2020 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Exhibitors wanting to work beyond this time should take prior permission from the organisers.
16. COMPLETION OF STANDSThe aisle carpet will be laid at 8:00 pm on Thursday 06 Feb 2020. Stands must therefore be completed by then. No more material can be brought in after that time. All the stands should be on ready by 8:00 pm on Thursday 06 Feb 2020.
17. STAND CLEANINGExhibitors should note that the hall will be cleaned on the morning of Friday 07 Feb 2020 immediately before

the market opens. Exhibitors are responsible for the removal/disposal of waste material from the floor and passages. Exhibitors must ensure this is completed by end of Thursday 06 Feb 2020 to enable their stands to be cleaned by the following morning.
18. BREAKDOWN SCHEDULEBreak down will commence on Saturday 08 Feb 2020 from 6:15 pm to 12:00 midnight. Exhibitors will not be allowed to remove exhibits or dismantle their stands before 6:15 pm on Saturday 08 Feb 2020. The exhibition hall must be vacated by 12:00 midnight on Saturday 08 Feb 2020.
19. SECURITY & INSURANCEWe have engaged an alert and efficient security force and will do our best to ensure the safety of your exhibits. Nevertheless, exhibitors are still requested to have their equipments and other precious belongings properly insured. Organisers are not responsible for damage, pilferage or any other loss, during shipping, transportation and handling and also at the exhibition ssssvenue on all market days and during dismantling, packing and shipping back.

01. SHELL SCHEME STAND PACKAGEShell scheme stands are constructed of Octonorm System which are ready to occupy. Please refer to page 45 for drawing.
Shell Scheme Stand Package (3m x 3m /3.5m x 3m) includes:

Exhibitors having 9/10sqm stand and more will be provided furniture and fittings as per the size of their stand FREE OF COST. Please refer to page 49.
02. COMPANY NAME ON FASCIAPlease complete Form 06 with the exact company name that you wish to appear on the fascia and submit on or before the deadline mentioned in the form
03. FREE DESIGN SITEFree design site exhibitors will be allotted:• Marked raw space• Electrical connection Refer to Form 07 and free design site exhibitors guide-lines on page 21 to 22.
04. CONTRACTOR BADGES Contractor Badges can be ordered in advance by filling in Form 07A. The badges can be collected from the organiser’s site office. Contractors are required to preserve their set-up day passes for use during the dismantling days. No fresh passes will be issued for
dismantling days. A limited number of contractor
badges will be issued should a contractor have a valid
reason to be present during the market period (e.g.
maintenance, remedial purposes, etc.) on Saturday 08
Feb 2020 from 10:00 am onwards. Please contact the
exhibitor registration counter on site for these badges
to be issued.
Strict security will be maintained at the market site and
contractors and labourers without their badges will not
be allowed to enter the exhibition hall.
05. EXHIBITOR BADGESBadges will be provided Free of Cost to all exhibitors.
Please provide the names of stand personnel from
your company and associated companies who will be
manning the stand by submitting Form 13. The badges
will display the name of the personnel, company and
country. At the bottom of all badges the word EXHIBITOR
will be printed. Exhibitor badges can be collected from
the organisers office on-site on Thursday 06 Feb 2020
from 10:00 am onwards. Any last minute changes or
additional badges can be made on site. For security
reasons wear your badge for entry into the exhibition
hall at all times. Security staff have instructions to
question any one without a badge

11. ELECTRICAL SUPPLY AND LOADElectrical power supply available in the hall is as under
AC - Single Phase - 230-250 volts AC - Three Phase - 440 Volts Frequency - 50 Hz
Free design site and shell scheme stand exhibitors requiring extra power or heavy load for an exhibit may fill in Form 11. Electrical contractor will provide electric power at one or more points to all exhibitors depending on their total requirement of power. Exhibitors should use fuse distribution boards for feeding power to their equipment/machines. Individual isolation switches should be provided for each equipment/machine. Exhibitors should use either armoured cables or metal conduits for connecting power supply to machines. All machines should be earthed firmly at two places through bare copper earthing wire of the size appropriate to the load connected to the machines.
Exhibitors are advised to exercise highest level of safety precautions and engage services of only qualified personnel for electrical wiring and installations. Exhibitors may engage services of their own personnel for cabling work inside their stands subject to the condition that they are duly licensed to undertake electrical work. Name and addresses of the electrical contractors are to be intimated to the organiser before the commencement of work. Work of drawing power from main points provided for their stands, to machines/exhibits is to be carried out by the exhibitors at their own cost. Connecting power to more than the specified load will not be permitted. Exhibitors must install separate and independent switch connections for each machine/exhibit. Alternate connections or throw-over switches are not allowed.
In case power is supplied to the stand from two or more main points, exhibitors must distribute the load as per the capacity of the respective switch boards in consultation with the organiser. After the electric wiring work is completed, exhibitors must obtain a completion report from their electricians or contractors engaged by them and file the same with the organiser. Actual connected load for the individual machines/exhibits is to be mentioned in the report.
All main electrical supply points must be kept easily accessible for operation and repairs in the event of an emergency. These should not be concealed or covered.
Exhibitors are advised to install equipment like Voltage Stabilisers/UPS for their machines/exhibits.
12. PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATEIt is very essential to take the Participation Certificate from the organisers as it is a very important document that authenticates your participation at the Global Content Bazar India 2020. The Participation Certificate will be issued to exhibitors upon receiving the entire payment for the booth reserved.
13. VISA ASSISTANCEThe Government of India requires residents of most countries to obtain a Visa before entry into India. In order to assist with Visa Applications, Saicom Trade Fairs & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. can provide you a letter confirming your participation at the Global Content

01. SEPARATION WALLS & BUILDING HEIGHT Adjacent free design stands must be separated by walls
with a nominal height of 2.5 mts. Higher separation
walls are permitted upto 3 mts provided the adjacent
exhibitor is in agreement and the exhibitor erecting the
higher wall will finish the visible part of the back of the
wall in the neat way, in harmony with the design of the
adjacent stand.
The stands with 2, 3 or 4 side (island stands) open as
shown in the floor plan, are required to leave the open
side clear of all the panels which obstruct the view of
visitors and adjacent stands. However they may put up
low partitions of 1mt height from the floor or may have
a combination of low partition and glazing in the upper
area.
The organiser encourages neighbouring exhibitors or
their stand contractors to contact each other in advance
to discuss their design. Contact names, address and
telephone numbers will be provided by the organisers
office upon request.
Note: When reviewing stand plans, the organisers will
only approve tall structures where the view of the other
stands is not unduly affected.
No support from the existing construction of the
exhibition hall ie. ceiling, walls, columns, etc shall be
permitted. Any damage caused to the infrastructure
created by the organiser shall be recovered alongwith
the necessary penalty from the concerned participants.
02. STAND BOUNDARIESThe stand construction should not go beyond the rented
space. Fire extinguishers and emergency exits must
remain accessible under all circumstances.
Access must be given to any fire exit, electrical box,
service room, etc falling within the exhibitor’s stand
area. It is mandatory to leave minimum one opening in
the partitions against the natural wall to provide access
for electric fittings, etc.
Office enclosures/cabins must be located either along the wall, if any, at the rear end of the stand, or at the back along the adjoining wall of their neighbouring stand. extension of office enclosures/cabins up to the open aisles is not permitted.
03. LIGHTINGLighting on any stand must not interfere with monitor displays in opposite or neighboring stands.
Note: Use of Halogen lights is prohibited.
Only use cold lighting to illuminate stands. This will help to reduce the build up of heat in the hall and allow the air-conditioning system to concentrate on removing the heat generated by the vast amount of technical equipment that is on display.
04. POWEROur Official Electrical Contractor carries out all electrical supply connections to the free design stands. For more details refer to electrical supply and load in the General Information section of the Exhibitor Manual.
05. COMPLETION OF STANDSThe exhibitors must ensure that aisles are not blocked during erection of their stands, that the contractor removes his off-cuts and debris from the hall from time to time and at the end of each day and the stand construction is completed by 10.00 pm on Thursday 06 February 2020.
All displays will be inspected during the set up days and any exhibitor deviating from the regulations must make modifications as suggested by the organiser on their own expense prior to the show opening.
Damage & Performance Bond:
• A Damage/Security Deposit of INR 25,000 for stands below 100 sqm or INR 50,000 for stands above 100 sqm either in cash of demand draft must be paid by the stand contractor(s) appointed by the exhibitors to the Organisers when they register at the Market site. This will be held against damages to the venue, non-completion of construction work

on time and as per deadline schedule shared by the
organisers in this manual, and/or the disposal of
stand construction waste left on-site after the event.
Any breach of the organiser’s/venue’s regulations
may also cause the deposit to be forfeited.
• It is the individual stand contractor’s responsibility
to remove all packing and waste materials from the
exhibhition hall during both move-in and move-out.
Garbage & waste materials from decoration work
must not be discarded into the aisles and must be
cleared. All material used must be removed during
move-out and this must be done safely (no pushing
over of high pieces of stand, no smashing of glass
panels, etc.). Failure to comply will result in the
deposit being totally forfeited.
• The deposit will be refunded by showing the
receipt after the Market subject to completion of
construction work on time and as per deadline
schedule shared by the organisers in this manual,
clearance to the site by the contractors and no
damage or garbage being recorded by the market
centre management and the organisers.
• The security deposit of the exhibitor’s appointed
stand contractor will also be forfeited if the stall
design does not comply or abide by the construction
guidelines enlisted in the manual.
• Organisers reserve the right to deduct an actual
and appropriate amount for damages to the hall
structures/venue, made by the exhibitor or their
design & handling agencies’ staff during build-up,
show days and dismantling time, from the security
deposit paid to the exhibitor. This is to ensure all
the rules and regulations are abided by, and to
cover any damage arising directly or indirectly
from infringement. This is without prejudice to
any additional claims the organisers may have on
the exhibitor if the damages exceed the deposit.
Balance amount if any, will be returned if no damage
is found.
06. RAISED PLATFORMThe maximum height for a raised platform is 10 cm and they must be neatly finished within the rented perimeter. When designing raised platform attention must be made to avoid tripping hazards by tapering the perimeter of the platform.
07. DEMONSTRATION & PRESENTATIONHowever sound levels should never infringe upon neighboring exhibitors or restrict them from conducting their business while your presentation is taking place. Therefore loud-speakers should be pointed downward and into the stand, never towards or across the aisles and sound level at the edge of your stand should at all times be lower then 80 dB (A) for speech and lower than 70 dB (A) for music and sound effects.
08. DESIGN DRAWINGExhibitors who have reserved free design site and are using a contractor other than the official stand contractor must submit three copies of the working drawing of their free design site for approval by the organisers by 15 January 2020. In order to assess the proportions of the stand it is mandatory that elevation drawings are included with the plans.
If possible, please supply a visual to ensure that the organisers can clearly understand the design. It is important that the drawings are sent to the organisers
office by 15 January 2020 at the latest so that if design errors are found there is time left to implement changes.
Important Instructions
Unavoidable sawing of wood which has to be done at the venue should be completed before 10.00 pm on 06 February, 2020. Stand contractors should strictly adhere to the above deadline.
Contractors and exhibitors are requested to strictly observe that SPRAY PAINTING and WELDING WORK inside the halls is NOT permitted. Only roller painting and minor finishing/touch up is allowed. Contractors violating this guideline will be prevented from continuing work at the exhibitors stand inside the hall.

01. RIGHTSThe Organiser reserves all rights in connection with the Global Content Bazar India 2020.
02. TERMS OF REFERENCE & DEFINITIONSIn these Rules and Regulations the term “Exhibitor” shall include all owners, partners, directors, employees, servants and agents of any company, partnership firm, or individual inclusive of any Government/Semi Government body/Agency/Corporation to whom space has been allocated for the purpose of participating.
The term “Organiser” shall mean:

TThe term “Landlords of the Exhibition Hall” or “Exhibition Hall Landlords” shall mean: Management, World Trade Centre, Mumbai.
The term “Rules and Regulations” or “Rules” or “Regulations” means the Rules and Regulations hereinafter contained. The term “Contract” means the contract for space at the market entered into between the organiser and the exhibitor which incorporates the Rules and Regulations
03. FREE DESIGN SITESThe minimum size for a Free Design Site is 18 sq mts.
Three copies of the working drawing of any free-design stand is to be lodged with the market organiser for approval by 15 January 2020.
These plans shall include elevation drawings or a clear indication of the height of the various elements of the stand, including hanging signs. No restrictions are placed upon such designs provided they meet the following criteria :
a) Stand designers are particularly requested to avoid designs which block or box-in other exhibitors stands.
b) Stands may not overhang the allotted area nor are any obstructions permitted on gangways, fire points extinguishers or emergency exits.

f) Lighting in stands shall not interfere with monitor displays in other stands.
g) Unavoidable sawing of wood which has to be done at the venue should be completed before 10.00 pm on Thursday 06 February 2020. Stand contractors should strictly adhere to the above deadline.

04. SHELL SCHEME STANDSThe minimum size for a Shell Scheme Stand is 9/10 sqm. The shell scheme contractor will put up the exhibitor's name and stand number on the fascia board. It is not allowed to attach any additional texts, logos, etc. to the panel mounted on top of the side wall or on the fascia board.
Exhibitors who do not require fascia must inform the organisers well in advance.
Wall papering or painting of the Shell scheme stand panels will not be allowed. Official stand builder must be informed in advance if the exhibitor wishes to have panels painted. The cost will be borne by the exhibitor. While reasonable fixings may be made without using nails, pins, tacks, screws or any such material to the flush plywood walls of the shell scheme, no alteration to the fascia structure or format is permitted. Any attempt to do this will involve the reinstatement of the original structure at the expense of the exhibitor or his agent.

05. STAND ALTERATIONa) The organiser reserves the right to modify the
layouts of stand sites and gangways and structural alterations may be made even after your stand has been confirmed if special circumstances make this necessary.
b) The organiser reserves the right to require exhibitors to make such alterations to their stands, or to the shifting of exhibits, as they reasonably feel necessary to maintain acceptable standard of presentation or to avoid interference with the displays of other exhibitors.
c) Conversion of an allocated shell scheme stand to free design site is not permitted.
d) No alteration to the size or position of an exhibitor's stand is permitted without the prior written approval of the organiser.
06. CO-EXHIBITORSThe exhibitor may, subject to obtaining the prior written approval by the organiser, enter into an arrangement with third parties, known as Co-exhibitors, to share the whole or part of its stand. When entering into such an arrangement with a Co-exhibitor, the exhibitor shall ensure that the Co-exhibitor agrees in writing to comply with these terms and for this purpose, the reference in these terms to exhibitors shall be deemed to include Co-exhibitors.
a) Only one company will be recognized as the principle stand holder (or main exhibitor). This will be the company with which the organiser has a contract for stand space. All other companies sharing that stand space will be referred to as Co-exhibitors.
b) The main exhibitor will be the only company to be dealt with and invoiced by the Saicom office.
c) Co-exhibitors will only have their company name and address entered in the Exhibition Directory with a cross-reference to the main exhibitor. Full directory entries can only be provided to exhibitors. Co-exhibitors wanting full exhibitor status will be required to pay USD 500 as a fee.
d) Co-exhibitors' names, if supplied well in advance, will be included in published exhibitors list.
e) The main exhibitor shall be jointly and severally liable for the compliance with these rules of the Coexhibitors sharing the exhibitor's stand and for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly by the Co-exhibitor..
07. PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS The operation of any sound device must not interfere with, or be an annoyance to any nearby stand. Sound levels in neighbouring or opposite stands shall not exceed 80 dB (A) for speech and 70 dB (A) for music & sound effects. The use of high level, low frequency sounds should be avoided. If, after a warning has been issued, the sound levels are still too high, the organiser reserves the right to turn off the power to the stand in question.
08. BUILD UP SCHEDULEFree design exhibitors and their contractors will be allowed into the market hall at 2:00 pm on 05 February 2020. Shell scheme exhibitors and their contractors will be allowed in the market hall at 10:00 am on 05 February 2020 .
09. EXHIBIT REMOVALThe break down schedule is as follows:
Saturday 08 February 2020 from 6:15 pm to midnight.
The following terms will apply for the removal of exhibits:
a) Exhibits may not be removed from stands before 6:00 pm on Saturday 08 February 2020 without prior written approval of the organiser.

b) There is no Gate Pass procedure during setting
up period while taking entry to the exhibition hall.
However for removal of the material and exhibits
and cases after the market 'GATE PASS' must be
obtained from the organisers office.
c) The exhibitor should approach Saicom site office
for the permission to remove goods in writing in
triplicate.
d) The copies of the permission granted will be retained
by the following:
i) Saicom office
ii) World Trade Centre Security Department
iii) Exhibitor
e) The permission for removal of the exhibits/goods
will be given only on obtaining 'No Dues Certificate'
from Saicom Accounts Department.
f) The procedure of issuing 'GATE PASS' will start on
08 February 2020 from 12:00 noon till 10:00 pm
of the same day.
g) All exhibitors are advised to clear their equipment
from the exhibition hall premises after the market
is over. The organiser will not be responsible for any
loss or damage to the equipment left behind and
will not store any material whatsoever.
h) Should an exhibitor fail to vacate their stand space
or premises by the times specified by the organiser,
such exhibitor shall be liable to indemnify the
organiser for any charges or costs incurred by the
organiser as a result thereof.
10. EXHIBITION HALL CLEANINGAll gangways and shell scheme stand floors will be cleaned daily by contractors appointed by the organiser. Exhibitors with free design sites will be responsible for any individual floor cleaning contract with the official cleaning contractor and all exhibitors are responsible for the cleaning of stand furnishings, exhibits and the general tidiness of their stands.
11. ELECTRICAL SUPPLIESThe organiser will be providing the lighting in the exhibition hall in addition to the normal stand lighting. The standard electrical voltage for use on stands at the market is 220 volts, single phase alternating at 50 Hz and 440 volts, three phase alternating at 50 Hz. At the end of the market each day the supplies will be switched off after 30 minutes.
12. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONAll on-site electrical installation MUST be carried out by the officially appointed electrical contractor. All prefabricated electrical fittings will be subject to an inspection by the official contractor before connection to the mains supply. The charges should be paid to the Saicom Trade Fairs & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. for on-site electric load and consumption.
13. OFFICIAL STAND CONTRACTORa) Only contractors appointed by the organiser are
permitted to operate within the World Trade Centre exhibition hall.
b) The sole exception to this term is private contractors erecting free design stands or displays in a shell scheme stand.
14. DAMAGE TO EXHIBITION AREASa) The exhibitor is responsible for the cost of making
good, restoring or renewing any case of serious dilapidation to the market hall or any part thereof caused by the exhibitor. The organiser will inspect every site before erection and after demolition of the stands. Dilapidation includes (by way of examples only) marks caused by paint, bolt, screw, nail holes, carpet tape, etc. In the exhibitor's own interest the exhibitor should satisfy itself as to the condition of its site both before erection of the stand and after clearance.
b) Exhibitors shall indemnify the Organiser and the landlords against any claim made against them in respect of damage whether to the World Trade Centre structure or property or otherwise, caused

by exhibitors' stand, exhibits or staff, or by agents acting on an exhibitor's behalf. The Organiser and/or the landlord may in its discretion at the exhibitor's account make good any damage inflicted.
Damage & Performance Bond:
• A Damage/Security Deposit of INR 25,000 for stands below 100 sqm or INR 50,000 for stands above 100 sqm either in cash of demand draft must be paid by the stand contractor(s) appointed by the exhibitors to the Organisers when they register at the market site. This will be held against damages to the venue, non-completion of construction work on time and as per deadline schedule shared by the organisers in this manual, and/or the disposal of stand construction waste left on-site after the event. Any breach of the organiser’s/venue’s regulations may also cause the deposit to be forfeited.
• It is the individual stand contractor’s responsibility to remove all packing and waste materials from the market halls during both move-in and move-out. Garbage & waste materials from decoration work must not be discarded into the aisles and must be cleared. All material used must be removed during move-out and this must be done safely (no pushing over of high pieces of stand, no smashing of glass panels, etc.). Failure to comply will result in the deposit being totally forfeited.
• The deposit will be refunded by showing the receipt after the market subject to completion of construction work on time and as per deadline schedule shared by the organisers in this manual, clearance to the site by the contractors and no damage or garbage being recorded by the market centre management and the organisers.
• The security deposit of the exhibitor’s appointed stand contractor will also be forfeited if the stall design does not comply or abide by the construction guidelines enlisted in the manual.
• Organisers reserve the right to deduct an actual and appropriate amount for damages to the hall structures/venue, made by the exhibitor or their design & handling agencies’ staff during build-up,
show days and dismantling time, from the security deposit paid to the exhibitor. This is to ensure all the rules and regulations are abided by, and to cover any damage arising directly or indirectly from infringement. This is without prejudice to any additional claims the organisers may have on the exhibitor if the damages exceed the deposit. Balance amount if any, will be returned if no damage is found.
15. FLAMMABLE MATERIALSAll materials used in the construction of stands and displays, especially those built by exhibitors themselves are to be fully fire proofed and comply with all other local regulations.
REGULATIONS
Exhibitors are required to conform with all local regulations in force at the time of the Global Content Bazar India 2020.
16. FIRE EXTINGUISHERSThe Landlords will provide fire extinguishers to meet requirements for the overall layout of the market.
17. INSURANCE & INDEMNITYa) Third Party Claims
The exhibitor is responsible for all personal injury or damage to property arising in connection with the erection and dismantling of the exhibitor's stand and anything permitted, omitted or done thereon or there from during the period of the market or the construction and dismantling periods caused directly or indirectly by the exhibitor or any contractor, subcontractor, servant, agent, licensee or invitee of his or the act of omission or neglect of any such person or by any such person or by any exhibit machinery, or other article or thing or the exhibitor or in the possession of or use of the exhibitor or any servant or agent of his. The exhibitor will indemnify the organiser in respect of each and every such claim and all actions, proceedings, cost, claims and demands in respect thereof. The exhibitor must

take out adequate insurance in respect of all such claims.
b) Exhibitors Staff and Exhibits at the Market
The organiser shall not be responsible in any way for personal injury to the exhibitor or his servants, agents, invitees or licensees howsoever, caused. The exhibitors must take out adequate insurances in respect of all such claims.
c) Consequential Loss
Exhibitors are advised to insure against costs and losses which they may incur in the event of the market being abandoned, cancelled or suspended in whole or in part for causes not within the organisers control, since the organiser accepts no liability in such an eventuality.
d) Product Liability Insurance
Exhibitors are advised to insure against claim arising out of bodily injury and/or property damage caused by the display and/or demonstration of his products in whatever form or whatever reason.
e) Certificates
An exhibitor shall produce to the organiser on demand certificates of insurance required by an exhibitor to be taken out pursuant to these rules.
f) Indemnity
The exhibitor shall indemnify and keep the organiser indemnified against all losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever (including contingent, indirect or consequential loss or profit) arising from or in consequence of:
i) any breach by the exhibitor of any of the terms and conditions of this contract.
ii) any loss suffered by the organiser as a result of default or negligence by the exhibitor.
iii) any liability to or claim by any third party including the employees, contractors, agents and servants of the exhibitor arising from the default or negligence of the exhibitor or any breach by the exhibitor of the terms and conditions of this. contract.
18. LIMITATION OF ORGANISERS LIABILITYFor the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this Clause shall be without prejudice to and additional to the other terms and conditions of the contract.
a) If by reason of or in consequence of any Act of God, war, riots or insurrection, terrorism, governmental regulations, legal restriction, national and international embargoes, strikes, labour disputes, fire, flood, tempest, cancellation or curtailment of transport to and from the market (including but not limited to air travel) failure or neglect of any body or authority to supply electricity, power, gas or water, requisition of the exhibition hall by any national or local authority or any other cause beyond the control of the organiser (including the landlord's failing to make the exhibition hall available for force majeure reasons), the market is cancelled, postponed, abandoned, interrupted or prematurely concluded, or held on a reduced scale or at another venue, or the exhibitor (including its contractors, sub-contractors, servants, agents, invitees and/or licensees) is unable to attend or fails to attend all or part of the market, the organiser shall be under no liability to the exhibitor whatsoever including for any non-performance, delay in performance or any other loss, damage, claim, cost or expense (including any indirect or consequential loss) suffered by the exhibitor or any other party.
b) Except in the case of death or personal injury and except for gross negligence on the part of the organiser, the organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage, (including contingent, consequential or indirect loss or damage), cost, charge or other expense or liability arising directly or indirectly from any negligence or breach of the contract, which exceeds the amount payable by the exhibitor under the contract.
19. COPYRIGHTS & PATENTSThe organiser will not be liable for any loss or damage the
exhibitor, his servants or agents may sustain in respect
of the infringement of any of his copyrights arising

out of his participation in the market. The exhibitor is
strongly advised to make a formal application for the
grant of a patent or the registration of a design as the
case may be.
20. RIGHTS OF THE ORGANISER & THE LANDLORDS
The organiser and the landlords of the exhibition and conference halls and those authorised by them respectively have the right to enter the market & conference premises at any time to execute work, repairs and alterations and for other purposes. No compensation will be payable to an exhibitor or the delegate, for damages, loss or inconvenience so caused.
21. SECURITY & EXHIBIT INSURANCEa) Exhibitor are responsible for the security of their
exhibit before, during and after the market. The organiser cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to exhibitors property or product at any time due to any reason what so ever including accident, thefts, burglary, electrical fluctuations, electrical and electronic mishaps, air-conditioning failure, fire, riots, mishandling, disaster, causes of nature and mishandling by organisers staff or any of their officialcontractors.
Although a twenty four hour security service will be in operation throughout the market, exhibitors should take all possible precautions to minimise loss or damage to equipment inside and outside of market open hours and should insure their exhibits and other property against such loss or damage.
b) The exhibitor will strictly comply with all conditions and instructions relating to security matters generally given by the organiser and/or the landlords and the organiser reserves the right at any time to give (whether through itself or the landlord) the exhibitor or any co-exhibitor or contractor or third parties mandatory instructions regarding such matters if the fire brigade, police department or the landlords or the organiser itself deem it necessary in the interests of public order and safety.
22. FAILURE OF SERVICEThe organiser will use their best endeavours to ensure the supply of the services provided by the landlord & of those contractors and suppliers mentioned in the exhibitor manual, but as the supply of such services are not within the control of the landlords neither they nor the organiser shall incur any liability to an exhibitor for any loss or damage, if any such services shall wholly or partially fail or cease to be available nor shall the exhibitor be entitled to any allowance in respect due or paid under the contract.
23. PARTICIPATION COSTInternational Exhibitor

Free Design Site US $ 275 per sqm
Indian Exhibitor
Shell Scheme Stand INR 15,000 per sqm
Free Design Site INR 13,500 per sqm
Service Tax @ GST18% is applicable.
24. PAYMENTSOn receipt of the application form all exhibitors will be sent an invoice for 100% of the space rental cost which will be payable in one installment only :
If the payment is not received immediately the allocated market space will became void and made available to other exhibitors.
Under no circumstances will the exhibitor be permitted to occupy its exhibit space if full payment has not been received.
25. DEFAULT ON PAYMENTSThe organiser reserves the right to cancel any reservation of space in the event of an exhibitor not having paid the dues of rental charges by invoiced to them.
Any exhibitor who does not meet all financial obligations when due will be responsible for all outstanding debts and interest at 1.5% per month, compounded monthly, and any fees or expenses, including but not limited

to attorney's fees of no less that 33.3% of the unpaid
principal and interest. There will be a INR 1000/US $
25 charge for all returned cheques.
26. COST INCREASESShould the organiser be required to meet unforeseen
increase in costs for services included in shell scheme
rental charges, they reserve the right to defray any such
cost increases against exhibitors and due notice will be
given.
27. REDUCTION OR CANCELLATION OF STAND SPACE
On acceptance of the stand allocation, the exhibitor
becomes liable to pay to the organiser the whole of the
charge for the stand.
Cancellations of accepted stands and reductions in
stand space contracted for must be immediately notified
to the organiser in writing. A reduction in stand space
shall be treated as a pro rata cancellation. The following
percentages of accepted stand space rental cost will be
charged depending on the date when written notice of
the cancellation is received:
a) 25% before 31 October 2019
b) 50% from 1 November until 31 December 2019
c) 75% from 1 January until 31 January 2020
d) 100% from 1 February 2020
The exhibitor agrees that any sums payable in respect
of cancellation are genuine pre-estimates of the loss
and/or expense the organiser may suffer in the event of
such cancellation.
28. SPACE NOT OCCUPIEDa) Every exhibitor shall occupy the full stand area
booked by him.
b) Should an exhibitor fail to take up the stand allocated to him the organisers reserve the right to deal with the stand so unoccupied as they think fit.
29. BANKRUPTCY OR LIQUIDATIONShould an exhibitor being an individual or firm become bankrupt, having a receiving order made against him or them or make an arrangement with his or their creditors or being a limited company, go into liquidation (other than a voluntary liquidation for the purposes of amalgamation or reconstruction) or have a receiver appointed, the contract with such an exhibitor shall terminate forthwith save that all rental paid shall be forfeited and the balance of the whole of the sum payable under the contract shall become due and payable forthwith and such termination shall be without prejudice to any claim of the organiser against the exhibitor in respect of any antecedent breach.
30. VISITOR SOLICITATIONExhibitors may not solicit visitors by the indiscriminate issue of leaflets or other advertising material off or away from their stands.
31. INTERPRETATION OF REGULATION IN TRANSLATION
In the event of any dispute as to the interpretation of these rules and regulations as a result of their translation into a foreign or local language, the English version shall be taken as authentic.
32. VERBAL AGREEMENTSAny verbal agreement concerning any respect of this contract or the market are not valid unless confirmed in writing.
33. GENERAL LIENAll exhibits are subject to a general lien in favour of the organiser for all sums, whether for unpaid rental or otherwise, due from an exhibitor to the organiser.
34. CONFIDENTIALITYThe exhibitor shall during and after termination or expiry of the contract keep confidential all information acquired from the organiser which is not in the public

domain which becomes known to the exhibitor in connection with the contract.
35. ASSIGNMENTThe exhibitor shall not assign the contract.
36. GENERALa) If any of the provisions set out in these rules shall
be found by a court to be void and/or unenforceable but would be valid and/or enforceable if some part thereof were deleted or the duration extent or application altered or reduced such provision shall apply with any such modification as may be necessary to make it valid and effective.
b) The exhibitor must inform the organiser as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 21 days before the start of the market about the expected arrival of special guests (including without limitation government ministers or other dignitaries) for what the exhibitor must make suitable safety and other measures at its own cost in consultation with the organiser.
37. THIRD PARTY RIGHTSFor the avoidance of doubt:
a) The parties hereto may by agreement rescind or vary this contract without the consent of any third party.
b) No party may unilaterally rescind this contract other than in accordance with its terms.
38. JURISDICTIONThese rules & regulations are governed by Indian Law.
39. ACCEPTANCE OF RULESThe very fact that a delegate or an exhibitor participates in the conference as a delegate or in the market as an exhibitor, it is taken for granted without any dispute that he/she, his/her company/organisation has read the rules & regulations formulated by the organiser and as printed above and irrevocably confirms to abide by them. This is applicable to each and every participant immaterial of the amount or percentage of payment
made to the organiser and includes participants, exhibitors/co-exhibitors as well as Press or Individuals/ companies/ organisations on complimentary stands, immaterial of the fact if they have signed or not signed the registration form or any other document.

PLEASE NOTEThree copies of the working drawings of any free design site are to be lodged with the exhibition organisers for approval by 15 Jan 2020.
Stand construction without the organisers approval will not be permitted.
Kindly upload your stand design in 3D on www.globalcontentbazar. com with measurements mentioned on the image for approval from the organisers.Exhibitors occupying free design site are requested to forward the guidelines for stand design and construction to their contractors.
GUIDELINES FOR FREE DESIGN SITE• Stand designers are particularly requested to avoid designs
which block or box-in other exhibitors stands.
• Stands may not overhang the allotted area nor are any obstructions permitted on gangways, fire points extinguishers or emergency exits.
• Adjacent free-design stands must be separated by walls with a nominal height of 2.5 mts. Higher separation walls are permitted up to 3 mts provided the adjacent exhibitor is in agreement and the exhibitor erecting the higher wall will finish the visible part of the back of the wall in a neat way, in harmony with the design of the adjacent stand.
• Exhibitors without a platform are required to ensure that free access is given for the running of necessary cable across their stands and to meet the cost of providing adequate covering.
• Lighting in stands shall not interfere with monitor displays in other stands.
• Unavoidable sawing of wood which has to be done at the venue should be completed before 10.00 pm on Thursday 06 Feb 2020. Stand contractors should strictly adhere to the above deadline.
• Contractors and exhibitors are requested to strictly observe that SPRAY PAINTING and WELDING WORK inside the hall is NOT permitted. Only roller painting and minor finishing/ touch up is allowed. Contractors violating this guideline will be prevented from continuing work at the exhibitors stand inside the hall.
• The exhibitors must ensure that aisles are not blocked during erection of their stands, that the contractor removes his offcuts and debris from the hall and the stand is completed by 10:00 pm on Thursday 06 Feb 2020. The organisers decision as to the compliance of an exhibitor’s stand with these rules shall be final and binding.
Penalty Clause: Please note all the exhibitors and their respective free design contractors are requested to complete the booth fabrication work by 10:00 pm on Thursday 06 Feb 2020 in all aspects, after which no work would be allowed to continue in their stands. Exhibitors/contractors who continue to work beyond the above mentioned deadline would be levied a penalty of Rs. 5,000/- per hour per booth.
