ECOC EXHIBITION VIRTUAL CATCH UPThe ECOC Exhibition continues to be the key meeting place for everyone in the fibre optic communication technology industry, attracting over 6,500 decision-makers from across the industry.
Following on from our return to the exhibition halls in Bordeaux, France in September, the virtual catch up is the perfect place to connect with customers and colleagues not able to attend the physical event and to attend sessions from Market Focus and Product Focus.
The virtual event will run in the same format as ECOC Live
2020, delivering 3 days of industry developments and insights, discussion from leading companies and networking.
Our unique virtual exhibition hall enables visitors to browse your virtual booth, download information, watch product videos and request meetings with booth staff at time that suits your schedule and timezone.

Market Focus is one of the most popular areas of the exhibition. The sessions are free for visitors, delegates and exhibitors to attend and a popular platform to gain industry knowledge and insight into the latest technology and
developments.
ECOC Exhibition 2021 virtual catch up will take place on our virtual platform from 1-3 November.

Emphasising technology and product commercialisation; the awards highlight significant achievements in advancing the business of optical communications, transport, networking, fibre-based products, photonic integration circuits and related
developments.
Product Focus
The new Product Focus Theatre focuses on the latest innovative products, offering you the chance to run
demonstrations or presentations and showcase your products.
WHO ATTENDS THE ECOC EXHIBITION?Our first Virtual ECOC Exhibition took place in 2020 and attracted 253 exhibiting companies and 7,243 attendees from over 80 countries. The virtual event was also extended to 10th December to run for an extra day. Market Focus featured another huge line-up, with 31 presentations from some of the top names in the industry, joined online live by 1,879 attendees across the event. Newly introduced Product Focus sessions were viewed by 959 attendees across the event.

Virtual booths can be customised with your corporate colours and branding. Includes:
• One 30-minute speaking slot within the Product Focus theatre - this can be delivered as a live presentation via Zoom, or supplied as a pre-recorded video.
Specifications for a pre-record:
• Please either present via a PowerPoint slideshow with attached audio, a recorded zoom/teams video presentation or in an alternative recording format of your choice
• Videos should be filmed in landscape mode and supplied as an mp4 file where possible
• Video files can be sent to us via WeTransfer or via web link
• Maximum video length – 30 minutes
• Deadline for video file: 18th October 2021
