and sufficient in number according to the stand’s size, and identification documents will be demanded in case of suspicion of an

underage visitor.

Law 14592 of October 19, 2011 forbids selling, offering, supplying, delivering and allowing people younger than 18 years of age to

consume alcoholic drinks, even if gratuitously; the law provides for other related measures.

During the event, any EXHIBITORS who disobey the law at the Expo Center Norte’s facilities will be notified, will be liable for all legal

obligations and, in case of repetition, they will be fined as follows:

1st warning: ORAL warning by the event coordination;

2nd warning: WRITTEN warning by the event coordination;

3rd warning: Notice of Violation according to the infraction: five thousand reais (R$ 5,000).

8. RULES OF USE OF EXPO CENTER NORTE’SPARKING LOTS AND LOADING & UNLOADING AREAS

The prices charged by Estapar may be changed at any time without prior notice.No vehicles will be allowed into the pavilion. In case of extreme need and urgency, the driver must request authorization from the

event coordination.

For larger pieces of equipment, such as machines, cars, containers, etc., prior notice must be given to the pavilion’s engineering

supervisor (an architect or engineer) so that routes are outlined and dates are set for those materials to enter the pavilion.

The pavilions’ parking lot is managed by Estapar. There is no type of credential for free parking.

15

8.1.2 EXHIBITORS• EXHIBITORS may get credentials for a period equivalent to the days of the event with fifty percent (50%) discount on the price

table in effect, including, if necessary, the assembling and dismantling periods.

Discounted EXHIBITOR credentials will be limited to two (2) per exhibitor stand, regardless of the stands’ size. NOTE: To get this

discount EXHIBITORS must present their credentials.

• The area will be accessed through Rua Bernardo Pinto, Gate 13, and through Rua Miguel Mentem, Gate 16, and exit will only be

allowed through Gate 16 (Rua Miguel Mentem). Only cars and vans up to 2.70 meters high will be allowed to enter the premises.

8.2 LOADING & UNLOADING

8.2.1 PAVILIONS & SURROUNDING AREAS- No vehicles may park and remain parked either at the loading and unloading area, or inside the pavilions except for the time

strictly necessary to load and unload. Entering and parking will be charged as informed below and according to the price table

existing at the site:

- Cars and vans weighing up to 7 tons;

- Cargo vehicles weighing over 7 tons;

- Vehicles weighing over seven (7) tons will have 3 free hours to load and unload. Those hours will not be counted according to

the time the vehicles have entered, but according to the truck’s license plate number, for instance: if a truck has entered once and

stayed for two hours, when it enters the premises again on the same day, that truck will have one additional free hour. If the total

time of 3 daily hours is exceeded, the vehicle will be charged R$ 50 per hour or hour fraction.

During all event assembly days, Expo Center Norte will provide an area next to the pavilions available for trucks to park for FREE, thus

giving ASSEMBLY COMPANIES and service providers the chance to rationalize the time they remain in the loading and unloading

areas. The FREE parking area for trucks will be also available on the last day of the event, when dismantling will start. There will be

no tolerance period in case of withdrawal.

8.3 ASSEMBLING & DISMANTLING CONDITIONS

8.3.1 LOADING & UNLOADING AREAIf a vehicle uses the loading/unloading area, it will be charged per hour or hour fraction according to a price table posted at

the entrances. If a vehicle remains at the loading and unloading area, it should do it exclusively for the purposes of loading and

unloading. The area cannot be used to park vehicles and to leave any materials or to save the parking space, both when the event

is being assembled and dismantled. Failure to meet this rule will lead to a charge in an amount to be defined by the administration.

Page 16: EXHIBITOR’S MANUAL...4 GENERAL INFORMATION It is important to comply with all the rules in this manual. Noncompliance may result in warning to exhibitors, assembly companies and

16

8.3.2 ACCESS – LOADING & UNLOADING AREA• Blue, White, Green and Red pavilions – Entrance at Rua Cel. Marques Ribeiro, 200 – Gate 4;

• Red Pavilion – Access to the side corridor of the Red Pavilion will be closed at 8 pm, and gates C8, C9 and C10 will be closed at 9

pm, complying with municipal law (Psiu). In this case, ASSEMBLY COMPANIES will only enter on the following day after the end of

the event as from 8 am.

• Yellow Pavilion – Entrance through Rua Galatea– Gate 9.

8.3.3 DISASSEMBLINGIn principle, dismantling the Show will start soon after its end and as to the access to the loading and unloading area, it will follow

what has been agreed at the logistics meeting.

On the dismantling day, starting on the event’s last day, no vehicle will enter the loading and unloading area before the times set.

Therefore, all vehicles must respect the timetables previously established at each Show, thus avoiding arriving too early so as not

to cause complications in traffic in the region, since there is no specific place to park vehicles while waiting for the pavilions to be

cleared.

As explained before, at the loading and unloading area, parking spaces will not be used to leave any materials to be loaded later

on any vehicles or to save a parking space, or else the administration will charge for the space, i.e., all materials will be taken from

the pavilion directly to the corresponding vehicles.

8.3.4 FINAL CONSIDERATIONSWithout prejudice to the compliance with the general rules of the Traffic Authority, circulation of vehicles in the parking areas will

meet the rules of good conduct, mainly the following:

- Maximum speed - 20 km/hour

- No acoustic signals or sounds that could disturb the Show’s activities and the neighborhood;

- No dangerous maneuvers, driving recklessly or for fun;

- Observing the parking lot employees’ and/or subcontractors’ instructions and the existing signage;

- Keeping the parking lot clean and preserved.

For any further clarifications, please call +55 11 2221-6700.

These rules are valid for 2019, but they may be altered at any time by means of a prior notice sent thirty (30) days in advance.

9. CLEAN-UP AND MAINTENANCE DURING THE EVENT

All traffic routes will be covered with carpet, and each EXHIBITOR will oversee cleaning and keeping them by carefully observing

the instructions below:

- Refill products using trolleys with pneumatic wheels (rubber tires);

- When the stand is being cleaned and undergoing maintenance, do not allow any residues to be deposited on the routes, but

have them collected in plastic bags or disposed of in the existing trash bins, according to the type of residue, and observing the

proper hours;

- When refilling liquid products (water, beverage in general) and ice, keep them in closed recipients or in proper packages while

they are conveyed to the stand in order not to wet the carpet. These products must only enter the facilities at the service front

desk and they will be inspected by the security guards; if they deem them noncompliant with the requirements, they will not be

allowed to enter.

- Packages, products and residues must be disposed into the existing trash bins at the pavilions’ circulation area, each type of

residue being disposed in the correct trash bin (ex.: recyclable residues, organic residues, etc.);

- EXHIBITORS who have freezers or air-conditioners at the stand will request a drainage branch for any liquids that may be drained;

- The inside of the stand and its façade will be cleaned by EXHIBITORS, who may, if they wish, hire the services of a specialized and

qualified company;

- Residues will only be removed from the stands at maintenance hours, when the event is closed, and residue bags cannot be

placed leaning on pillars, in the event’s trash bins, or in the middle of the streets, or else a R$ 500 fine will be charged per occurrence;

- If it is extremely necessary to remove residues while the event is open, please request Caex (Center of EXHIBITORS Assistance) or

the pavilion inspector for a special authorization.

The first copy of the material form must be handed in to the event’s official security guards when the materials/products enter the

pavilion. The second copy will remain with EXHIBITOR. The MATERIALS ENTRY FORM must contain all materials/products included

in the invoice, since the invoice serves the purpose of inspection and the form is to control the official security at the Show.

Irregularities are often found when contracting labor in general, such as contracting minors, excessively long working hours, lack

of registration, cooperatives, etc.

We would like to remind you that contracting companies may be found co-responsible for labor obligations, so they should require

service providing companies/individuals to present proof of their legal status in order to be protected in case of any demand. The

employees of service providers must also be hired in accordance with the effective legislation.

The Regional Labor Authority (Delegacia Regional do Trabalho – DRT, in Portuguese) will attend the event and the following

documents (among others) will be requested during the event;

and list of employees who will be working at the Show under the CLT regime – employment contract for a term;

- FREELANCERS: A copy of their registration with the municipal government, their taxpayer number registered with the municipal

government (CCM) and the Social Security System (INSS) (the latter only for salespeople and waiters);

The participating companies and their subcontractors must not sign any agreements with labor cooperatives nor engage workers

supplied by cooperatives when there are elements that could represent an employment relationship between the service taker

and the workers or between the cooperative and the workers, as set forth in articles 2 and 3 of the CLT (Labor Code).

11.1 MINORSMinors’ work is regulated. To keep minors working at their stand EXHIBITING COMPANIES will have to apply to the Regional Labor

Authority and to the Childhood and Youth Court for a special authorization.

Each stand’s area will be marked by the event coordination on the pavilions’ floor. When assembling stands the internal angle of the mark

on the floor will be considered.

The circulation areas in the neighboring stands or between the stands and the pavilion’s walls must not be used in to put away tools,

materials and products; the assembling operation of the stands will be exclusively done within the limits of the areas leased and within

the 1-meter perimeter parallel to the stand marked for that purpose. If ASSEMBLY COMPANIES fail to respect these instructions, a R$

1,500.00 fine will be charged in the first hour and R$ 500 per additional hour until the irregularity has been corrected.

We ask assembly companies’ cooperation so that they keep the residues resulting from assembling stands and employees’ meals next to

the stand in transparent plastic bags instead of having them spread all over the pavilion, because it will facilitate the work of the cleaning

team working during the assembling period. If ASSEMBLY COMPANIES fail to follow these instructions, a R$ 1,500.00 fine will be charged

in the first hour and R$ 500 per additional hour until the irregularity has been corrected, after the first oral and written warnings.

After the carpet has been placed, it will be strictly forbidden to put away trash, prepare any type of materials that could create residues,

or touch up the paint. If there is any accident with the carpet already set up, replacing it will be charged from the assembling company in

question. If the assembling company fails to respect these instructions, a R$ 1,500.00 fine will be charged in the first hour and R$ 500,00

per additional hour until the irregularity is corrected, and it will also pay the expenses to replace the carpet.

2. DISASSEMBLY PERIOD

Dismantling is understood as the delivery of the stand area completely free from parts, products, residues and rubble.

To dispose of those materials the pavilion has adequate trash bins.

EXHIBITORS and assembly companies will oversee dismantling the stand by the deadlines and according to the conditions set

to support, tie or hang any stand’s components or products exhibited to the pavilion’ structure of the roof, covers, walls or columns.

It is also forbidden to bore or paint those elements. Any damage caused by EXHIBITORS or ASSEMBLY COMPANIES to the pavilion’s

facilities will be under their full responsibility and they will pay all costs, fines or sanctions arising therefrom.

4. WALLS, PARTITIONS AND FINISHINGPartitions will be built between stands that have adjoining neighbors, thus establishing the limits of each area. For this type of area,

the walls assembled will limit the stands. With those limits any spaces between stands will be avoided. The stands whose back is

oriented to the circulation areas and those next to them will have finishing at the closing in order not to hinder the perspective of

the Show and circulation.

5. BRICK CONSTRUCTION, METAL, WOOD AND ALUMINUM STRUCTURES

Any wood, iron and aluminum elements will not be manufactured within the pavilions. They must be preassembled at the

ASSEMBLY COMPANIES’ workshops. They must arrive with mass applied, properly sanded and semi painted, and they must be fixed

with screws, or other fixtures. Only small finishing touch-ups will be allowed.

Notes:

- Circular saw mounted on bench will not be allowed inside the pavilions;

7. GARDENS & PLANTSVases, baskets and any type of recipient will be protected with plastic so that when they are watered no leakage happens.

The pavilion’s floor will be properly protected if any gardening and landscaping is to be done.

8. CIRCULATION STREETS/CLEANINGIt is strictly forbidden to deposit materials, tools, boxes or products on the emergency exit routes, on the circulation streets and in

the neighboring stands. All operations will take place INSIDE the limits of the area under the ASSEMBLY company’s responsibility. If

it is necessary to leave any materials temporarily on the circulation streets, they will be placed near the stand’s area.

A corridor at least 2 meters wide will be left for people, trolleys, emergency gear, rescue teams, emergency teams/equipment, fire

brigade members and fire-fighters to pass. During the assembling periods, APAS Show 2019 will keep cleaning teams active on the

circulation streets to remove materials and residues deposited by the assembling companies. On the last day of assembling, no

material will remain on the circulation streets once the carpet is set up there.

After the carpet has been set up, it will be strictly forbidden to deposit any waste or leave any materials on it.

- Failure to follow this rule will result in an R$ 1,500 fine per occurrence being charged in the first hour, and R$ 500 per additional

hour until the irregularity has been corrected.

- During the disassembling period, the responsible teams must accompany the clearance of the areas with the ASSEMBLY

companies.

Should any irregularity take place when materials are being removed and the area is being cleared, a fine will be charged and the

guaranty-check left in advance upon submission of the pertinent documents will be withheld.

9. ACTIONS CREATING RESIDUES

EXHAUST FAN

For an electric cooker to be used at your stand it is mandatory to observe and always comply with all safety rules and to have some

kind of exhaustion installed directing smell and smoke upwards in order not to disturb neighboring stands.

GARBAGE

For actions that create excessive garbage, EXHIBITORS will have proper trash bins installed to collect and properly dispose of the

residues in order to help the cleaning team’s work and to have the Show operating properly.

For those actions, Caex will be informed during the pre-event period.

Failure to observe the norms set up above will subject EXHIBITORS to the penalties described in the item FINES.

Page 34: EXHIBITOR’S MANUAL...4 GENERAL INFORMATION It is important to comply with all the rules in this manual. Noncompliance may result in warning to exhibitors, assembly companies and

34

10. USING ELECTRIC COOKERS/OVENSIf there is an electric cooker or oven at your stand, it will be mandatory to observe and comply with all safety norms and to have

exhaustion installed directing smell and smoke upwards.

Failure to follow this rule will result in an R$ 1,500 fine per occurrence being chargedin the first hour, and R$ 500 per additional hour until the irregularity has been corrected.

11. ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONSPlanning, management and distribution of the services of installation of hydraulic and power outlets will be done by a company

contracted by APAS: ENGEVE ENGENHARIA E EVENTOS.

Power in the pavilions is supplied by AES Eletropaulo under the responsibility of Expo Center Norte. Electric installations at the

stands will fully meet the provisions in NBR5410 – Low-Tension Electric Installations.

It is mandatory to use flame-retardant cables with double mechanical insulation (PP type) and thermomagnetic circuit breakers.

For technical-operational security reasons, APAS is exclusively responsible for supplying and connecting power from the existing

power distribution boards in the pavilion of Expo Center Norte as far as the site of the power distribution center at every stand.

EXHIBITORS/ASSEMBLY companies will not be allowed access to power panels, hydraulic tubes and air-conditioning ducts of

the pavilion; they will only be operated by the responsible company contracted or by the technical team of Expo Center Norte.

Any expenses charged to the promotion agency referring to the matters described above will be automatically charged to the

responsible EXHIBITOR.

EXHIBITORS/ASSEMBLY companies will complete power installation and distribution at the stand thus enabling power to enter with

a general class-C circuit breaker compatible with the power requested. The general circuit breaker and the remaining protective

devices of the electric circuits will be placed in a noncombustible switchboard with a door, fixed where the promotion agency’s

maintenance team can freely reach even when the event is not active. To meet the requirements in NBR-5410, NR-10 and those of

Expo Center Norte, EXHIBITORS/ASSEMBLY companies also undertake to ground stands built with metal structure, made of iron or

aluminum, and to connect them to the ground wire which is next to the electricity entry point in order to prevent electric shocks.

The power will be supplied in non-fractioned kVA units with three-phase 380 V voltage, 60 hz – 3 phases with neutral and ground

and 220 V monophasic voltage while the event takes place. Lamps, air-conditioners and other devices will have 220 V operating

voltage. For voltage of 127 V (110 V), EXHIBITORS must use proper power transformers. The power cable used to supply power to

the stands and other needs of the events held at Expo Center Norte’s pavilions will have, at their end, where the requestor’s charge

will be connected, a PCE-brand female plug.

PCE plugs are compatible Steck-brand plugs, which are well known in the Brazilian market. This type of connection, also called

plug-in connection, will minimize the risks of accidents due to short-circuit, electric shock or phase inversion, which may cause

appliances to burn.

See below a table describing the PCE and Steck male plugs necessary to connect to the female plug of the power-feeding cable

that will be handed in by Expo Center Norte:

Page 35: EXHIBITOR’S MANUAL...4 GENERAL INFORMATION It is important to comply with all the rules in this manual. Noncompliance may result in warning to exhibitors, assembly companies and

35

The female plugs installed in the power-feeding cables supplied by Expo Center Norte will be as follows:

For 6-square-millimeter cables,female-type five-pole connector (extension) branded PCE, reference number: 2252-6;

For 10-square-millimeter cables, female-type five-pole connector (extension) branded PCE, reference number: 235-6.

The width of the cable and the type of the plug to be effectively provided to the stands and the other needs of the event will depend

on the total electric charge to be fed and on the technical availability at the moment it is being installed.

Assembly companies, companies rendering electric installation services, EXHIBITORS and the promotion agency will have adequate

means of connection with the new format of power outlet supplied by Expo Center Norte as from January 1, 2017.

The installing companies homologated by Expo Center Norte hired by the event promotion agency to supply power outlets to stands

can be consulted to obtain technical clarifications when necessary.

Connections for more than 30 kVA will be requested to the installing company contracted by the event promotion agency in advance

so that it can take the technical actions required.

The charges installed at stands and the charges of the other needs of the event will be duly balanced among the three phases at the

power distribution switchboard to be fed.

Amperage of general class C circuit breaker in the power distribution switchboard will be compatible with the total charge installed

there, according to NBR 5410. The power plug supplied by Expo Center Norte will not be used to make irregular interconnections or

in ways in disagreement with that norm. Any damages caused to cables or plugs belonging to Expo Center Norte will be charged.

12. SPECIAL LIGHTINGAny stand that uses any kind of special lighting, such as spotlights, light cannons, laser cannons, halogen lamps, chandeliers, etc.,

will have those pieces of equipment set up in special structures able to cope with their weight and in ways not to expose other

EXHIBITORS, visitors and the assembling team to risks.

The lighting fixtures, reactors and components of the switchboard of lighting devices cannot lean on the stand’s structure. They

must be isolated so that there are no risks of electric shocks. Special lighting projects will be detailed in a plan and in perspective

and sent to Caex on the deadline set in this manual.

NOTE: All metal elements in the assembling process will be grounded to meet NBR 5410 and NR 10 norms.

HEIGHT FOR ALL PAVILIONS

It is mandatory to have the floor raised by 10 centimeters in all stands.The heights informed below include 10-cm floor. Ex.: 5 m + 0.1 m

Single-story stand 2-story stand

Maximum height 5.10 m 6,10 m

The visibility rule has been created to keep the Show beautiful and pleasant. Otherwise, corridors would be too closed, confining

visitors along stretches of high walls and hiding smaller stands.

1.3 2-STORY STANDSA second story will only be allowed to be built in an area leased equal or over 100 square meters, and it will occupy no more than

60% of the area leased. Mezzanines can be built in stands with an area equal or over 100 square meters, and the construction will

occupy no more than 60% of the area leased. For safety reasons, the area of the mezzanine with guardrail oriented toward the

circulation street will be at least 1 meter far from that street.

Stands with mezzanine will have to submit two (2) ARTs, one (1) referring to the responsibility for the project and one (1) referring

to responsibility for the mezzanine’s structural calculations. If a Box Truss structure is included in the project, 1 ART is enough. It is

mandatory to have a sign in the stairs or in the entrance of the second story informing how much weight or the number of people

the mezzanine is able to support. All pads will be made of the same material of the structure and they will be propped directly on

the pavilion’s floor, with some protection, in order not to damage the floor (ex.: carpet or wood).

1.4 RAMP FOR PHYSICALLY-CHALLENGED PEOPLEAll stands will have a ramp for physically-challenged people (NBR 9050/94, ABNT). It is mandatory to indicate in the project where the

ramp will be placed and its specifications.

STANDARD-ASSEMBLY STANDS – The ramp will be at least 1-meter long, 1 meter wide and 10 centimeters high so that a wheelchair

can go through the passage, starting at the pavilion’s level (0.00). If the ramp floor is finished in sliding material, a no-skid strip is

mandatory.

OUTDOOR STANDS – The ramp will be 1 meter long, 1 meter wide, including the chamfer in both sides, 10-centimeter high so that a

wheelchair can go through the passage, starting at the pavilion level (0.00). If the ramp floor is finished in sliding material, a no-skid

strip as shown the illustration below is mandatory:

Failure to comply with this requirement will subject the stand to interdiction and an R$ 1,500 fine may be charged

per occurrence in the first hour and R$ 500 per additional hour until the irregularity has been corrected.

Page 41: EXHIBITOR’S MANUAL...4 GENERAL INFORMATION It is important to comply with all the rules in this manual. Noncompliance may result in warning to exhibitors, assembly companies and

41

1.5 CATWALKS/STAGESCatwalks and stages will only be allowed to be built when the area leased is equal or larger than 100 square meters, and an ART will

have to be submitted for any floor raised more than 60 centimeters.

Any stage or catwalk may not be more than 1.2-meter high and it must be at least 2 meters far from the stand’s outer limits and

fully oriented inwards the stand regardless of whether the area is shaped as an island or otherwise. At the remaining stands, any

raised floors where there may be people circulating will not be higher than 1.2 meter from the pavilion’s floor, and there will be a

ramp for physically-challenged people (except for stands with mezzanine) and guardrail.

1.6 AIR CONDITIONINGPlease see below the Expo Center Norte’s regulations.

Failure to comply with this requirement will subject the stand to interdiction and an R$ 1,500 fine may be

charged per occurrence in the first hour and R$ 500 per additional hour until the irregularity has been corrected.

By Expo Center Norte’s determination, it is forbidden to use exhibitors’ own air-conditioners at the stand.

All Expo Center Norte pavilions have their own air-conditioning system. To ensure proper operation of the system, the event

promotion agency will meet and will have EXHIBITORS meet the following instructions:

1. Stands will not have their own air-conditioners because the hot air charge hinders the operation of Expo Center Norte’s air-

conditioning system;

2. All stands will be built without a ceiling so that they can benefit from the pavilions’ air-conditioning system;

3. For stands with mezzanine, at least 30 days before the event assembling process starts, a detailed air-conditioning project will be

submitted including the supporting structure to be analyzed by Expo Center Norte, according to the following conditions:

3.1 Air-conditioning will only be allowed on the ground floor;

3.2 The mezzanine will not have ceiling so that it can benefit from the pavilion’s air-conditioning system;

3.3 Only split-type machines, in proper size, will be used;

3.4 The hot air produced by the condensing unit will be discharged above the line of the pavilion’s air-conditioning ducts,

which varies from one pavilion to the other (approximately from 9 to 11 meters);

3.5 The equipment will not be installed at the stand after the project has been approved by Expo Center Norte, the project ART

has been submitted and the installation including the structural part and electric facilities;

3.6 Under no hypothesis whatsoever will window-type air conditioners be allowed inside the pavilions.

BASIC PROCEDURES FOR A SUCCESSFUL APAS SHOW 2019

• Every project will have a legal responsible person and will be previously submitted to the event coordination’s appreciation, according

to the Exhibitor Manual;

• Wearing garments enabling excessive exposure in disagreement with the sobriety required in a TRADE FAIR is strictly forbidden;

• For an effective relationship between event coordination and EXHIBITORS, it essential to appoint two contact people when registering

the company at the website;

• Amplified sound is strictly forbidden in an open environment. Failure to observe this requirement may result in fine or suspension of the

stand by the event promotion agency. For further information about using the sound system, please check the chapter PROMOTIONAL

ACTIONS & FINE in the Exhibitor Manual;

• We understand the EXHIBITORS’ objective when they join the event is to assist their clients. So, we ask all EXHIBITORS to keep their

teams at their own stands. By doing that, everyone will be able to properly assist their clients and friends. Promoters wearing costumes

of characters will remain inside the proper stands. If a promoter needs to leave the stand, he/she will take off his/her costume (or part

thereof); additionally, no visitors will be approached or handed out leaflets outside the stand. Failure to meet these instructions will

cause the pertinent EXHIBITORS to be charged a fine;

• Service personnel: all service providers outsourced will be properly identified with a credential (badge) and a vest or uniform, and they

will be properly instructed about the correct behavior and their original functions;

• All demo techniques will be allowed, provided that they are strictly conducted inside the area leased, the limits informed in this

manual being observed;

• EXHIBITORS offering product tasting will keep at their stands recipients in a number sufficient to collect products’ packages and

residues, and they will take said recipients to the pavilions’ central trash bins whenever those are full;

• Any type of product tasting or free gifts, samples and leaflets distribution will take place inside the stands. The event coordination may

interrupt those activities whenever they cause crowds able to hinder the normal flow of visitors in the event;

• Special deadlines have been set for payment of the ICMS tax in the last APAS Show editions. The Government of the State of São Paulo

has set special deadlines for the payment of the ICMS tax referring to the sales made during the event. Talk to CAEX to get information.
