To access the web portal for the Empath Watch, please log in to the web link online at: http://107.22.199.104 From your web portal link, Users can easily set up notification functions for GPS, Pedometer, Pulse, Off Status, Low Battery, Alerts, etc… Press the ‘Power’ button to turn on the Empath Watch. 1. Insert the SIM Card. 2. Charge your Empath Watch before using it. 3. Press the ‘Power’ button to turn on the Empath Watch. 4. To monitor your ‘Heart Rate’ ‘Body Temperature’ ‘Humidity’, slide to the first page on the Empath Watch. 5. To check settings of the Empath Watch, GPS, etc... just slide to the second page on the Watch. 6. To make a phone call, send SMS messages, or view contacts, slide to the third page on the Empath Watch. 7. To make an emergency call, simply press the orange ‘SOS’ button on the side of the Empath Watch after setting up a designated SOS number. 8.
