DESCRIPTION:
Once the Film Exchange Building for Paramount Pictures Distribution Corporation, this 1936 brick building in downtown Denver has been the home to Urban Peak a 501c3 organized to help homeless and at risk youth. This renovation was designed to expand necessary services for these youth by providing a commercial kitchen, laundry room, shower rooms, clinic room, and addition services in the first of three phases.
