The TyrrellTech solution includes two brands that we have partnered with to make a winning combination. The Roland printers that you know and love and trust can now be paired with Sensient dye sublimation ink for a complete (and well supported) dye sublimation solution. Dye sublimation involves the process of printing, in reverse, onto special paper and then transferring, with high heat, the printed image onto a polyester fabric or other kinds of substrates. The image is heated up to the form of a gas and transferred to be basically melted into the fibers of the final material. Dye sublimation offers the ability to do apparel or soft signage on a variety of flexible, polyester fabrics. Sublimation is celebrated for the fact that it gives vibrant colors that are a part of the fabric, rather than other solutions which only offer colors that sit on top of the surface of the fabric.
