External Development Charges [EDC] & Infrastructure Development Charges [IDC] other incidental charges thereon as presently applicable, any future upward/downward revision shall be applicable. Additional amounts towards Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, and legal / miscellaneous expenses etc., shall be payable by the Allottee at the time of offer of possession on prevailing rates.
