RETROFIT SOLUTIONS
Our retrofit system is designed to meet the requirements of those custom-
ers who seek budget solutions. It can be applied to any type of existing
infrastructure for data reading of an already installed metering device
(electricity, water, gas and other resources). The readings from the measur-
ing devices are processed and transmitted to the centralized software,

PLASTIC PRODUCTIONOur injection moulding machines are high-tech systems with automatic load-
ing, mixing, feeding and process control. Our machines have simulation soft-
ware that visualizes processes on a PC and allows precision tuning, regardless
of the injection moulding machine. Test and image editors provide high speed
and accuracy. The main computer interface transfers data from settings and
processes to machines, controlling also operating conditions such as idle time,
fault, temperature, environment, speed, and etc. The processes end with the
protocol (Infolog), which records the production of each detail. Each machine
is equipped with a robot (arm) for the finished parts, a guarantee of quality and
good appearance.

CustomerEVN BULGARIASolutionSMART METERING OF RESOURCESIn one of our projects in EVN Bulgaria, we started with a pilot project of 5000 meters and gradually we extended the project to 1 200 000 meters. In 2016 ADD Bulgaria implemented High Level Security of over 600 000 OFDM/PRIME meters and in 2019 another 600 000 SFSK meters underwent such upgrade. The system is certified by ENCS, Netherlands, and completely com-plies with the EU Directive regarding Infor-mation systems network security require-ments. The key management system (KMS), delivered by a reliable certified supplier, manages the keys, passwords, and certifi-cates of the devices with a capacity of 100 mln keys.
CustomerROMAN MUNICIPALITYSolutionSMART STREET LIGHTINGRenovation of street lighting in the munici-pality of Roman (consisting of 4 populated areas). 26 SLMBs and 1500 individual lamp controllers LCUs were installed and con-nected in a smart system. The results were saving costs by the autonomous manage-ment of every switchboard according to their geographic position, dimming sched-ule, remote schedules update, individual lamp dimming schedule and/or SLMB work regime. It all contributes to a significant decrease in the expenses and combined with the regular reports and analysis of the electrical parameters, measured by ARISTA system, it represents a powerful tool in the hands of the management.
CustomerEON / ENERGO PROSolutionSMART METERING OF RESOURCESThe utility built the basic infrastructure of the system by installing first the data con-centrators in transformer stations, thus pre-paring for a mass rollout with the meters. We have solved quite a number of problems that our customers face– like decreasing the high percentage of non-technical loss-es, related with thefts and unauthorized access (from 18% to 7%), remote collection of data (with a success rate of over 98%), re-mote disconnection/connection of meters, real-time monitoring and measurement, flexible TOU tariffs, improvement of the quality of the electricity and many others.

Centralized software provides to employ-ees real-time monitoring of the system and details of every occurrence in the street-light infrastructure. The system provides automatic lighting management and infor-mation about measured electrical parame-ters for each switchboard cabinet.
CustomerFLISVOS HARBOR - ATHENSSolutionRETROFIT SOLUTIONImplementation of an impulse reporting system for measuring devices (water and electricity meters) in the biggest marina in Greece. For this purpose, an additional com-munication device is installed in each col-umn (pillar), which records the values of the measuring devices and then sends the data to the centralized software for detailed pro-cessing and analysis. By implementing the system in the already existing infrastruc-ture, the end customer achieves automa-tion of data reading and processing, making it possible to cut costs and introduce new services to its clients.
