K.R. Mangalam University, Sohna Road,
Gurgaon is a private University founded in the
year 2013 by Mangalam Edu Gate, a company
incorporated under Section 25 of the Companies
Act, 1956. The University has been established
by an act of state legislative of Haryana as a
private university. It is empowered to award
degrees recognized by the UGC under Section
2f of the UGC Act, 1956.
Its quest for knowledge is seamless across
disciplines like Engineering, Law, Basic & Applied Sciences, Management and Commerce, Journa l ism & Mass Communication, Medical & Allied Sciences, Architecture & Planning, Fashion, H u m a n i t i e s , E d u c a t i o n a n d

Pharmacy for 60 seats after verifying the various requirements to be satisfied for the

Prof. (Dr.) Arun Garg
Prof (Dr.) Arun Garg with 27 years of rich academic experience is Professor & Dean, School of Medical & Allied
Sciences, KRMU. Dr.Garg took Doctorate from Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai in 2006, won Dr. B.
Mukherjee Award- for best paper in Indian Journal of Pharmacology; Hamdard National Foundation Research Award
for his research on Cinkara; Gold Medal Award in M. Pharmacology in University of Delhi (1986), and the Young Teacher
Award by Society of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (SPER) in 2012. He is the General Secretary of Indian
Pharmacy Graduates' Association (IPGA) and also a recognized research guide.
Prof. (Dr.) Brijesh Kumar
Prof.(Dr.)Brijesh Kumar with his more than 20 years rich experience in academics, industry and research is the Dean,
Academic Affairs & Dean School of Engineering Technology, K.R.Mangalam University, Gurgaon. Dr. Kumar did
Ph.D(2009) in Computer Science; M.Tech. in Computer Sc.(2001) and in Applied Geophysics(1996) from Kurukshetra
University. He guided five Ph.D. scholars and more than two dozen M.Tech. Dissertations. He has successfully
conducted three International Conferences and published more than 50 research papers in various
International/National Journals. His area(s) of interest are: Computer Networks and Simulation, Free and Open Source
Software, and Web Technologies
Prof. (Dr.) Omana Antony
Prof.(Dr) Omana Antony with 26 years of teaching experience is the Professor of English. Dr. Antony has been
awarded Dr. Nandakumar Lavande Award for Academic Excellence-2015; and the Gaurav Sikshak Puraskar-2014.
She is a recognized Ph.D guide & Examiner; Editor & Resource person, and is associated with the MHRD sponsored
UGC e-Patshala Module designing project-2016. She has organized three International conferences and one National
conference as Convener. Her areas of interest are Student welfare activities, organizing Curricular and extra- curricular
programmes and conducting social service activities.
Prof. (Dr.) R.S. Tyagi
Prof V.A. Dubey is at present Dean School of management and Commerce and Director-Admissions, K.R. Mangalam
University. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and also holds a Master of Business
Administration degree in operations management. Prof Dubey has more than two decades of corporate and academic
experience and has been teaching research methods, decision sciences, finance and cost and operations
management as both core and visiting faculty member at various reputed business schools in Delhi and NCR. He has
authored books on Operations research, Quantitative Techniques and Production and Operations management and
also conducted work shop on Six Sigma, Total Quality Management and Research Methods Using SPSS. His area of
interest includes Strategic Cost Management, Advanced Research Methods and Optimisation Techniques.

Prof. Indrani Ghoshal Basu, Dean of School of Architecture & Planning (SOAP), K R Managalam University. After obtaining B.Arch. degree from B. E. College (presently IIEST), University of Calcutta (1990) she worked for Ghosh Bose & Associates in Calcutta for a period of 4 years as an architect. She obtained M. Eng. in Construction Engineering & Management from the Dept. of Civil & Environmental Engineering, University of Alberta, Canada, in the year 1998. She has more than 26 years of experience in academics as well as professional practice. Previously, she has also taught at the Sushant School of Art & Architecture, Gurgaon, Amity School of Architecture and Planning, Amity University, Noida and Vastukala Academy, New Delhi, School of Planning & Architecture (SPA), New Delhi, USAP, GGSIP University, New Delhi, Dept. of Arch., Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi. She carried out project work at the Centre for Rural Development & Technology (CRDT) at IIT Delhi, where she worked on the Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Rural Industrialization (MGIRI): Revamping of the Jamnalal Bajaj Central Research Institute (JBCRI) at Wardha. She is a life member of Council of Architecture.

Admission for Foreign / NRI Students• The service charge for issue of equivalence certificate
is US $ 100 or as applicable payable through Demand
• Draft in favor of “Association of Indian Universities,
New Delhi”.
The onus of certification for Equivalence from AIU is on the
candidate and application will be considered only after the
Equivalence Certificate is submitted.
Provisional offer of admission will be given to short
listed applicants subject to conrmation based on the
following:
• Student visa endorsed to the K.R. Mangalam
University for joining full time course. No other
endorsement will be accepted. The visa should be
valid for the prescribed duration of the course.
• Submission of medical test report within a week from
the date of admission from a Registered Medical
Practitioner.
• Adequate Medical Insurance cover.
• All Foreign / NRI students will be required to register
themselves with the concerned District Foreigners
Registration Officer / Foreigners Regional Registration
Officers, within 14 days of their first arrival in India.
The following documents are required at the time of
registrations with the Foreigners Regional Registration
• Photocopy of Passport and VISA
• Four Photographs
• Detail of residence in India
• HIV/AIDS Test Report from one of the WHO
Recognized Institutions
• Provisional admission letter from K.R. Mangalam
University in support of your Student Visa.
Student Visa for admission to specific programmes, the
requirement of subjects studied will be same for both
National /Foreign Students / NRI as prescribed in the
admission prospectus.
Eligibility for Admission to Graduate Programmes
For any discipline, applicant must complete 12 years of
formal schooling. Students meeting the eligibility criteria
as prescribed in the admission prospectus would be
considered for admission.
Eligibility for Admission to Post Graduate
Programmes
For any Discipline, Applicant must have completed
12 years of formal education at the school level followed by
a Bachelor’s Degree of at least 3 Years duration. Students
meeting the eligibility criteria as prescribed in the
admission prospectus would be considered for
admission
Procedure for applying and seeking Equivalence
Certi cate
Foreign/NRI students must have an Equivalence
Certificate from Association of Indian Universities
(AIU). Students are advised to visit the website
www.aiuweb.org.
The Students are advised to send the following document
to AIU for obtaining Equivalence Certificate:
• Degree / Certificate together with the year-wise
Academic Transcript duly authenticated by the Indian
Embassy in the country or its concerned Foreign
Mission in India.
• Accreditation status of the University / Institute which
the student has last attended.
• Copies of academic certificates from Higher
Secondary onwards (where necessary)
Admission Procedure
The following documents are required at the time of orientation: All admissions are provisional, subject
to veri cation of the documents that were submitted at the time of admission.
Fill in the Application Form, if you satisfy the eligibility for
admission to the programme.
• If you have appeared in the qualifying examination and
the result is awaited, you can apply for provisional
admission.
• The Application Form has to be filled in your own
handwriting and undertaking has to be signed by you.
• The instructions in the Application Form are self-
explanatory. Please follow them.
The complete admission form to be submitted to the University office, i.e. Sohna Road, Gurgaon, where after
completing the procedure, acknowledgment of admission can be obtained.
It is mandatory to provide your e-mail address as it will be
used by the Admission Office for any future
communication. Enclose the copy of document as
required in the Application Form. (Only Foreign Students /
Foreign University Degree holders should attach
photocopies of academic transcripts & AIU Equivalence
Certificate). University / Board / Marks filled in the
Application Form will be considered for all the procedures
related to admissions. Any discrepancy found during the
original document verification will result in automatic
cancellation of admission.
