Safety at home – Structural
and Security
Having a routine and control of own routine
Having a dedicated quiet zone
Having pets and the unconditional love they
provide
Peace and quiet
Basics – Toilet, heating, washing machine,
cooker, comfy bed etc
Having creative space
Safe neighbourhood
Friendly and respectful neighbours (but not
too close)
Access to local amenities/services
