Deliveries are made in line with our general terms and conditions of business (on page 75).

When returning items, a handling charge of 20% will be charged in each case. No returns are accepted for custom-built equipment.

Express deliveries will normally be charged for.

For deliveries to construction sites, someone must be present to confirm the handover of the goods. Delivery to construction sitesincludes unloading the equipment using HGV lifting platforms to the building, not inside the building.

Confirmed delivery dates: Deliveries can be made during the hours of 7:00 to 17:00 hours on the confirmed date of delivery.

1.1. Brine heat pump

TERRA SW 8-17 Complete HGL

The heat pump provides the following heat outputs:

The equipment supplied with the TERRA SW

Complete HGL includes: Hermetic scroll compres-

sor, generously sized copper soldered stainless

steel plate heat exchanger for condenser and

evaporator, an electronic expansion valve, refriger-ant inspection glass, large refrigerant collector,

filter dryer, suction gas heat exchanger, sensor for

high and low pressure monitoring, a brine expan-

sion tank and an integrated A-Label brine pump.

The additional hot gas heat exchanger with charging

valve incl. drive, an A-Label charging pump and the

NAVIGATOR 1.0 microprocessor control facilitate

the HGL technology. The heat pump is supplied incl.

5 flexible connection hoses, a non-return valve for

mounting in the heating-side heat pump return and all

necessary sensors.

The TERRA SW Complete HGL is also available in

a version with process reversal. For cooling opera-

tion (reversible mode) a four-way changeover valve

is integrated into the refrigerant circuit for a process

changeover switch. This is actuated via NAVIGA-

TOR.

The compact design in the casing with optimum

noise-insulation and with three compressor layers

guarantees easy accessibility to all important compo-

nents incl. the clearly arranged electrical wiring.

1. Brine heat pump TERRA SW

The ingenious control program of the integrated

microprocessor control NAVIGATOR 1.0 is de-

signed to function with the effi

cient heat pump op-eration, the entire heat pump system is actuated as

required and is equipped with a variety of monitoring,

safety and reporting functions, and a starting current

limiter is integrated as standard.

1 Mixer/direct heating circuit can be operated using

NAVIGATOR as standard. For 2 additional heat-

ing circuits an internal expansion module can be

integrated. Systems up to 6 heating circuits can be

implemented with an additional external expansion

for 3 mixer/direct heating circuits.

A difference-temperature solar-control is possible

with the NAVIGATOR.A layered solar input by a

plate heat exchanger is possible with an additional

solar board.

The integrated heat quantity calculation give informa-

tion about the energy consumption.

Program updates are easily possible via SD memory

card. Data recording onto the SD card is also pos-

sible. The Bus connection means that communication

with other systems can be implemented.

The NAVIGATORenabled the electricity use of the

photovoltaics system.

The NAVIGATOR is applicable for Smart Grid

technology. A smartphone App for iOS and Android

enabled the remote control or remote monitoring of

the heat pump.

The heat pump is factory-filled with refrigerant and

tested for correct functioning and sealing.

TERRA SW 8-17 Complete HGL

The heat pump provides the following heat outputs


Complete HGL includes: Hermetic scroll compres-

sor, generously sized copper soldered stainless

steel plate heat exchanger for condenser andevaporator, an electronic expansion valve, refriger-

ant inspection glass, large refrigerant collector,

3.1. Brine-/Groundwater -heat pump

TERRA MAX

The heat pump provides the following heat outputlevels depending on the refrigerant:

valve, for redundant operation; this means that in

the event of a fault in the cold circuit, the second unit

continues to operate.

It is constructed on a stable base frame with casing

frame made from aluminium profiles with corner con-

nectors, noise and heat insulating plate covering.

The TERRA MAX is also available in a version with

process reversal. For cooling operation (reversible

mode), a four-way changeover valve is integrated

into both cooling circuits for a process changeover

switch. This is actuated via NAVIGATOR1.0.

4.1. Direct cool ing with groundwater or depth probes

As the groundwater and the ground are colder than the ambient temperature at greater depths in summer,this means that room cooling can be achieved using wall-mounted or underfloor heating. In the groundwater

or brine circuit, a plate heat exchanger is installed, the heating circuit mixer is used to regulate the cold circuit

temperature (dew point.) and a roomstat is used to switch the heating circuit pump from the Multitalent control

on and off.

Guideline values: for possible cooling outputs

- from depth probe: approx. 30 W/m

- with wall-mounted heating: approx. 50 W/m

- with underfloor heating: approx. 25 W/m

The equipment supplied with the TERRA IL Complete

includes:

A hermetic scroll compressor, a multi row Al/Cu ribpipe evaporator, stainless steel plate heat exchanger

for condenser, speed regulated radial fan, electronic

expansion valve, refrigerant inspection glass, refrig-

erant collector, filter dryer, refrigerant heat exchanger,

pressure switch for high and low pressure monitoring,

integrated four-way changeover valve for process

reversal, 6 kW immersion heater, expansion tank,

safety group, overflow valve, a 50 l heating buffer for

a direct heating circuit, priority valve, starting current

limiter, condensation run off pipe and 3 flexible con-

nections hoses. The cover panels are foam-insulated.This means that the casing is completely protected

from cold bridges and has excellent sound insulation.

The TERRA IL Complete can also applied for cooling

mode. This is actuated via NAVIGATOR1.7.

6.1. Description


The equipment supplied with the TERRA CL The

equipment supplied with the TERRA CL includes: A

thermostatic expansion valve. refrigerant inspection

glass. refrigerant collector. filter dryer. refrigerant

heat exchanger. pressure switch for high and low

pressure monitoring. integrated changeover valve for

defrosting. thermally insulated basic frame. panelling

- with heat and noise insulation. a speed-controllable

charging pump and flexible connection hoses.

In addition the NAVIGATOR 1.0 microprocessor

control in wall cabinet for wall mountening. incl. start-ing current limiter an all necessary sensors.

The machine frame consists of a steel-reinforced

plastic profile. The cover panels are foam-insulated.

This means that the casing is completely pro-

tected from cold bridges and has excellent sound

insulation.

The hot gas charging technology means that higher

temperatures can be achieved for the reservoir via

the integrated additional hot gas heat exchangerand the charging valve. as well as the special control

sequence.

The TERRA CL is also available in a version with

process reversal. For cooling operation (reversible

mode). a four-way changeover valve is integrated into

the cooling circuit for a process changeover switch.

This is actuated via NAVIGATOR1.0.
