Just because something is ancient, exotic, and different does not make itacceptable in the eyes of the LORD YHVH.

curse according to the Torah.

Baal worship pertained to rain, harvest and procreation. Balaram (considered

to be close to Krishna and also is represented by serpents) is considered holyaccording to this tradition and has the letters of Baal in his name and is

associated with the same things: harvest and rain/weather.
