REGISTRATIONRegistration is confirmed in writing by the organisers. The registration fee covers entryto the lectures for the number of days selected, full documentation, entry to the exhibi-tion area, lunch and refreshments. VAT has to be added. Payment must be receivedprior to the event.

CANCELLATIONSCancellations received in writing at least 30 days prior to the event will be subject to aservice charge of 200 Euro. Where cancellations are received later, the registration feeremains payable in its entirety. Substitutions can be accepted at any time. In case theEXPP Summit has to be cancelled by the organiser payments already received will becredited for the following year's EXPP Summit.

LIABILITYIt may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the contentor the timing of the programme or to cancel the event. The organiser of the EXPPSummit is not liable to pay any compensation or damages resulting from alteration,cancellation or postponement of the event.
