Sizes

ILC/1P – 100mm, ILC/2P – 125mm, ILC/3P – 150mm, ILC/4P – 200mm, ILC/5P – 250mm.

ILCM/1 – 100mm, ILCM/2 – 125mm, ILCM/3 – 150mm, ILCM/4 – 200mm, ILCM/5 – 250mm,

ILCM/6 – 315mm.

Fan Performance

All the advantages of axial flow fans combined with the benefits of r adial fan pressure

characteristics. Built in guide vanes are moulded in to plastic casings .

Impellers

ILC/1P-ILC/5P are manufactured from plastic mater ials incorporating metal back plates.

ILCM/1-ILCM/6 are of all metal constr uction.

Motors

All sizes utilise an external-rotor motor and an internally mounted capacitor. All motors are

supplied with sealed for life bearings and overheat protection. All fans are speed controllable

with Fläkt Woods speed controllers.

Electrical Supply

220 - 240V / 50Hz / 1 φ

Temperature Range

ILC/1P, ILC/2P both to 70˚C, ILC/3P to 75˚C & ILC/4P & ILC/5P to 50˚C

ILC/1M , ILC/2M, ILC/3M all to 80°C , ILC/4M to 70˚C & ILC/5M & ILC/6M to 60˚C .

Casings

All plastic casings are manufactured from robust shock resistant, fire

retardant polyamide glass-fibre impregnated mater ial providing

durable and lightweight construction. The fan casing offers circular

inlet and outlet connections with a b uilt in terminal box. All Metal

casings are manufactured from pre-galvanised steel and powder

coated in RAL 7035 light g rey. All fans to IP44 as standard.

Accessories

Non-return damper, duct mounting clamps, silencers,

electronic speed controllers, flexible connectors, electric

heater batteries and panel filter cassettes.
