Ü Stone cleaning:With the appropriate procedure,AlgoClear removes the blackincrustations in paving stones. A yearlyapplication will ensure the stone remainsunblemished by further contamination.
Ü Stone cleaning:Algae and superficial contamination will die withinminutes and self cleanse. The fungi responsible for theblack incrustations will die within 2 hours at 1/20concentration, but the black dye it produces to protectitself from UV will linger within the stone structure. Thedye has to be left for a period of 4 to 8 weeks toweaken naturally until it washes off with fresh waterand a bristle brush.
Ü Render cleaning:Impregnate the render well at a 1/20 concentration.Green and red algae die within 10 minutes.Green algae disappears first, sometimes leaving a faintmilky sheen at the surface for a few days maximum. Norinsing. Red algae dies at the same rate, but thered/brown colouring agent can linger for a few days.Usually the self cleansing is complete within 10 days.Black marks resulting from the presence of black fungalincrustations will substantially recede within a fewdays. On some substrates, some faint marks canremain. Rinsing with fresh water at low pressure willcomplete the decontamination.
Ü Roof tiles:After clearing moss, spray the surface ensuring creepat laps and bonds are flooded with a 1/18 solution.Leave to self cleanse.
Ü Timber cleaning:Regular treatment alleviates the need for wood stainsor oil. AlgoClear Pro has wood preserving propertiesand will keep the surface to the natural colour ofcellulose: Silver grey. On decking, a regular spray willprevent slime from forming. If the slime has beenallowed to set, scrub with AlgoClear Pro, rinse andre-spray with AlgoClear Pro diluted 1/20 to1/30.
Ü Ground surfaces:Greasy deposits. AlgoClear Pro is a powerfulsurfactant, and will lift the fatty deposits from anysurface using a conventional brush and rinsing. Beforetreatment, remove as much of the biomass from thesurface as practical. Moss in particular. On bare orcoated tarmac, spray only. On heavily incrusted bareconcrete, scrub with AlgoClear Pro, rinse and respraywith AlgoClear Pro diluted 1/40.
Ü Glass, translucent fabrics, PVC etc:If the dirt has been allowed to set, wet the surface withAlgoClear Pro diluted 1/50 and leave to act for a fewminutes. The coating of dirt should then wipe off well.
