HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTERThis sports resort project will serve thousands of families by bringing lodging and entertainment onto the site. Located along 1,900 ft. of frontage on Interstate 85 will be a sprawling 500-suite hotel with a 70,000 sq. ft. Conference Center.

Recent feasibilities studies indicate the hotel and conference venue will be an attraction in and of itself, and can succeed without the sports component.
