The olives are hand-picked by the family Marcelli on their fields, situated in the hills in the province of Arezzo. After the harvest, the olives are brough within a few hours to an oil mill to keep intact the characteristics of the olives and still have a healthy fruit. The oil is extracted by a modern continuous cycle oil mill, using only a mechanical method. The oil is filtered to remove impurities and particles of water and after is kept in steel tanks in an inert atmosphere to maintain his characteristics before bottling. Characterized by an intense herbaceous aroma, with vegetal notes reminiscent of artichokes, green tomatoes and fresh herb, with a small bitter and spicy note, typical of Tuscan oils. Extra virgin olive oil IGP Toscano

The extra virgin olive oil IGP Toscano is a blend of of the typical Tuscan Olive tree varieties: Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino. Extra virgin olive oil monocultivar “Olivastra Seggianese”

This extra virgin olive oil is produced exclusively with "Olivastra Seggianese" olives. It is a native variety grown near the slopes of the “Amiata” Mountain, in the southern Tuscany. The olives are hand-picked in October and every day they are brought within a few hours to an oil mill. The oil is extracted using only by mechanical method, in a modern continuous cycle plants at controlled temperature. Rich in polyphenols, this oil is characterized by light green color with small yellow-gold highlights. Pleasantly fruity flavor. It pairs well with salads and fish (baked or grilled). Estate “Il Palagio” (Sting) - Extra virgin olive oil

This extra virgin olive oil is produced from the Tuscan estate "Il Palagio," owned by the British rock star Sting. The olive trees which grace Il Palagio’s landscape date back for many hundreds of years and have been sensitively restored to full productivity. The trees are cultivated on the hills nearby the valley called Val d'Arno, at about 360 meters above sea level. This is the best situation to escape the natural pest of the olive fly. Olives are collected by hand and the oil is extracted by a modern continuous cycle plants at controlled temperature. It is a blend of the Tuscan cultivars Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo. Fruity oil, it is medium spicy with artichoke flavor. Great for "bruschetta" (grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil and salt), with salads and meat.

The oil DOP Chianti Classico is a blend of Tuscan varieties Correggiolo, Leccino and Moraiolo. The olive trees are cultivated in the area nearby Castellina in Chianti, province of Siena, on the hill at about 500 meters above sea level. To get the "DOP" mark , the cultivation of the olive and oil extraction must follow a strict discipline in order to achieve the high quality required. Oil of a deep green color, splendid in its aromatic expression with outstanding vegetal notes reminiscent of raw artichoke and fresh grass, pleasantly spicy.
