announced or not• Unannounced means that the observer appears on site

without giving a heads up or pre-notice to the persons observed

– One should strive to maximize the number of unannounced visits

• AO Count Report - Vendors working for >1 OSP – Selection of AO’s is now based on the OSP selected in

the AO form when completing the AO – In the past the selection was based on default OSP,

resulting in incorrect counts • Test vendor has performed 124 AO’s for work ordered by

OSP 1 and 6 for work ordered by OSP 2

• LPO Validated– Stewardship report to monitor the completion of the

field verification and validation (V&V)• Verification and validation takes place 1-3 months after the

implementation • Report is general indicator if verification is still required • The AO list gives detail which AO’s need V&V

• Active users – Stewardship report to manage the User Base– Every vendor should have at least one user that has

admin rights, if not, contact ABB or Coteba/Artelia • enables that user to create new users and to change the

status to inactive of users that are not longer participating
