Left: detail from limited-edition, digitally printed poster for Japanese magazine +81 to represent the theme ‘Think Global, Act Local’, and displayed in a selection of The North Face shops in Japan. Design and illustration: Michael C. Place / Build, 2008.Right: letter ‘E’ from identity for green organisation EVO for the San Francisco Green Festival. Design and illustration: Dust, 2006.

including illustration, brand identity, design and layout as well as art direction for print, websites and animation. Build also produces limited edition prints, for sale through Blanca and elsewhere. Clients include: Sony, Getty, D&AD, Faber & Faber, The Design Museum Shop and Refill magazine.● wearebuild.com
